エレベーターが面白かった！受付の男性の案内が、親切でとても良かった！公共スペースの電気が付いてなく、暗くて残念でした。

スタッフも優しいし、 シャワーはお湯でます、ベッドメイクもしっかりしており、 下ではマリアッチが演奏してて賑やかです。 建物もレトロな雰囲気で、観光名所のアクセスが近いのでかなりおススメ。 食事処やコンビニも近くにあります。 ただし、入り口から少し離れたところは 危ない雰囲気があったので夜注意。

立地は最高でした。古くて雰囲気はいいです。土曜日はマリアッチの生演奏があり楽しめました。 エアコンがなく少し暑かったので窓を開けたら蚊にさされて往生しました。冷蔵庫無いのもマイナスです。値段からすればありかなと。

No emiten las facturas fiscales correspondientes, por lo que es un pésimo servicio, nada recomendable para quienes requerimos comprobar el gasto y la estancia en la ciudad y en el hotel.

Hice algunas compras que dejamos en el auto el cual se entregó al hotel porque deben llevar a otro lugar al darnos cuenta varias de esas compras las sacaron del auto y al final nadie se hizo responsable de eso al reclamar solo mencionaron que el auto lo dejaban en otro lugar pésimo eso ya que uno confía en un hotel y terminan sustrayendo cosas del auto.

Es un líder con mucha historia, de muy buen servicio, con excelente ubicación en el centro de la Ciudad.

El aire acondicionado siempre en buen funcionamiento, vista hacia la calle, a 100 de catedral en pleno centro el bar en la terraza también muy bien , nos tocó un día con mariachi

This hotel is absolutely stunning, considering it was built in 1610, I was impressed at how great of shape everything was. Our first rooms air conditioner started acting up on our first day, the staff were quick and efficient to provide us with a new room of the same option within the immediate vicinity, making the transition seem less. The bell boy, was remarkable, his welcome did not just assist us with our bags to our room, but provided the roll of a tour guide through the building with so many historical facts about the place. The roof top bar was incredible, great drinks and snacks, great service, and the mariachi band was incredible. The views of the cathedral and the theatre at night should not be missed. Overall, walking distance to all the main Centro attractions, I wouldn’t suggest staying anywhere else. This hotel felt like we had walked back into the history ourselves, which truly added to our time in the city.

La habitación asignada se atoraba la puerta del baño y se reportó pero no cambiaron de habitación. Si subían a la terraza se podía ver a la habitación también se reportó pero no lo solucionaron.

En verdad que es una excelente opción si vas a pasear o de compras, ya que estás en el corazón de guadalajara, habitaciones limpias, a/c, el bar es sensacional! Los viernes de mariachis woawww un 100/10 a los mariachis! El sábado una chica canta padrísimo y el ambiente en verdad que sensacional!!! La vista en el bar me encantó! Todo el personal servicial, muy amables! Recomendable totalmente!
