カターニア旅行の中心にとても便利な場所にあります。空港からバスで移動。停留所から徒歩５分ほどでホテル到着。ホテル周辺は治安がよく、有名な人気レストランがたくさんありました。 ホテルからいくつかの観光名所はショッピングを楽しみながら徒歩で移動できました。 wifiなども問題なく使えて部屋の雰囲気もよく、スタッフには良くしてもらいました。

There is a written warning in the rooms: You always have to keep the windows closed at night because of the mosquitos. I would not believe that and woke up with several stitches - even in November. The breakfast (7.30 to 9.30) consists of good, fresh and handmade coffee and a range of processed cakes. There were pears and bananas, cornflakes - and yoghurt only if I was early enough (until ca. 8.15). When I asked for yoghurt, one of the employees said, that the other guests took it away and that there is no more. My room was nice but the door was not easy to open with the key. I had to learn how to find the "sweet spot" of the lock. The area around the hotel is very central and has interesting little restaurants in the neighborhood.

It was a great choice… decor was a little dated, but great value .. staff was exceptional..

Positiv Nähe am Stadtzentrum Negativ Handtücher wurden 3 Tage nicht ausgetauscht. Frühstück keine größe Auswahl und im Flur vor den anderen Zimmern.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet – es war alles da, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt: Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders positiv ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Management vor Ort aufgefallen. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt!

Purtroppo confermo alcune osservazioni già lette in altre recensioni. Al mio arrivo ho chiesto chiarimenti sulla richiesta di lasciare i dati della carta di credito al check-in, esprimendo qualche perplessità, soprattutto quando mi è stato proposto di inviare una foto della carta tramite WhatsApp - modalità che personalmente non trovo molto sicura. Purtroppo ho ricevuto risposte sgarbate e un atteggiamento piuttosto maleducato, che ha reso l’esperienza meno piacevole del previsto. Alla fine, il check-in è stato completato in presenza, e la carta è stata fotografata con il telefono del personale. Anche se l’intenzione era probabilmente quella di velocizzare la procedura, avrei preferito modalità più formali e rassicuranti. La camera era spaziosa, ma all’ingresso si avvertiva un odore sgradevole, simile a quello delle fogne. In compenso, l’hotel è in una posizione ottima, comoda per spostarsi. Infine, ho contattato il servizio clienti Expedia, che mi ha confermato che quell’hotel può richiedere una carta o un deposito cauzionale al check-in (di cui non si sa l’importo). È comunque lecito porre domande in modo educato e aspettarsi lo stesso tipo di risposta. Un plauso invece al servizio clienti Expedia che è stato molto disponibile, rapido, cortese, risolutivo e professionale.

Salve, Siamo arrivati e il ragazzo della struttura ha preso i documenti e in più ha voluto i dati della nostra carta, andiamo in camera e sommersi dai dubbi dato che mai nessuno ha preso i dati così privati, sono tornata da lui chiedendo spiegazioni, dato che con dei dati così privati si possono anche fare acquisti extra (cosa che anche lui mi ha confermato) ma mi ha detto che questa cosa la facevano per tutelarsi dai danni, con tutta l’esperienza che ho nel settore e viaggiando spesso ho evidenziato che era per noi la prima volta che qualcuno prendesse queste informazioni private poiché c’è EXPEDIA che tutela sia loro che noi, quindi ho chiesto di cancellare questo dato sensibile e lui ci ha detto che o sottostavamo a questa loro folle regola o potevamo andare (scortesia!, non si può dire così, cosa potevamo fare prendere le cose e dormire sotto i ponti? Comunque troviamo l’alternativa del pagamento caparra in contanti e così abbiamo fatto. Dopo essere usciti torniamo in stanza, avremmo voluto fare una doccia ma fortunatamente prima mi sono accorta che mancava il phon (c’era scritto che bisognava richiederlo alla reception) ma ovviamente era chiusa già a quell’ora, comunque decidiamo di andare a letto e basta. Stamattina andiamo per fare colazione e il ragazzo mi ha aggredito gridando e prendendomi per stupida per aver comunicato tutto ad Expedia. Io per altro Donna incinta. È STATO VERAMENTE VERGOGNOSO, sempre urlando ci ha detto di andare subito via! NO COMMENT

Older style but it works.

En 200 aar gammel gaard som er gjort om til hotel.De var ekstremt opptatt av aa spare paa strom der de satt imorket og saa paa dataskjermen.At man ber gjestene om aa slaa av aircon og at man bruker for mye strom pga av sikringene gaar i det underdimisjonerte stromanlegget er helt utrolig.Lose fliser paa gulvet.At man skal betale snittpris paa ca 2000kr for dette rommet i 8dager,er blodpris.Dobbel pris paa torsdager,3000kr. Frokosten,trist.Haandkler utvasket.Fliser som ble vasket naar jeg klaget paa skittent gulv.Burde steames for aa fjerne skitten fra mange aar tilbake.ikke soplekasse paa rommet,bare badet.Man maa tomme sopla selv.Ingen av de ansatte trivdes.Folte meg aldri velkommen der.2 euro for en kopp te.Deilig aa dra derfra .

Hotel muy bien ubicado y céntrico. El personal está pendiente de los clientes y te ayuda con aquello que necesites. Sin duda repetiría.

Not on ground floor. Carrying luggage up a flight 1-1/2 of stairs , loose tiles. Had to argue to get air conditioner in room. All lights are turned off daily. You had to manually turn on hallway lights at the hotel(not room). No staff available after 9:30. Rooms we clean and tidy.

I asked for late check-in and they charged me 60€ just because they sent me an email with instructions. No employ was waiting for me to justify this amount. They also offered to charge me 50€ if I would pay in cash (is this tax evasion or what?) The place is the usual old building lightly renovated to pretend that it's a hotel and charge this ridiculous price, for the level of the accommodation. Terrible mattress, small uncomfortable bathroom, too noisy toilet flush refill. The breakfast was awful. Not at all recommended. There are a lot more nice places in Catania.

I had a very large suite and the host helped me in everything. The only problem was the location of the bus station bit it is a problem in Catania.

The hotel is very central, old style and comfortable for short stays.

Hotel viellot. Chambre tres sombre peu confortable et tres froide situe en etage avec ascenseur...en panne. Note que la reception parle plusieurs langue faux il ni a qu.un monsieur qui ne parle que l.italien et ne comprend que vous ne comprenez pas sa langue. Bref je suis partie plus tot que prevu.
