This place was amazing. Mr. Pierre has super nice cozy characre and his welcoming was make us so relax even in a middle of city. The place is very quiet and it is absolutely high rated especially interior and the pool, also the structured layout of whole area of it is interesting. You can enjoy a walking through small path in the area and have a relaxing time wherever you want. If you have a plan to visit or pass by around there, I recommend you to stay there. I must visit again.

とても親切なスタッフの方達で、快適に過ごしました。 部屋と浴室がセパレートになって階段で移動がありました。また各部屋にテラスが付いています。 旧市街でも比較的分かりやすい場所に位置している為 移動はしやすかったです。

フェズの旧市街にあるので、ホテルに着くのに少し苦労するかもしれませんが、普段泊まることができない雰囲気のホテルでした。 スタッフの対応も良かったです。 夕食は、モロッコ料理を出してくれるので、夕方に着いた日は食べてもいいと思います。 値段は、少し高めに設定している気がしたので、値段を聞いてから判断しても… 旧市街を探索したいなら、オススメです。

広い部屋と最高のもてなし フェズ滞在期間中に夫婦で宿泊しました。ブルーゲートからも比較的近く、トランクでもアクセスは楽でした。 部屋はとても広く、2人でトランクを広げても自由に過ごせるほどでした。小物はモロカン雑貨で揃えてあり、可愛い雰囲気でした。 オーナーのおじさんはいつもニコニコ笑顔で対応してくれて雰囲気が良かったです。 今回フェズを拠点にシャウエンへ2泊で旅行をしたのですが、お客さんがいなかったのか予約していない間の2日間も「部屋はそのままでいいよ」と言ってくれたので、トランクを残して身軽に旅行できました。 最終日、フェズからのフライトが早朝であり、朝3時にタクシーを呼ばなくてはいけなかったのですが、快く対応してくれました。夜中にタクシーは街にほとんどおらず、金額交渉もしなくてはならなかったと思うと本当に助かりました。 アメニティ:バスタオル、リンスインシャンプー、ボディミルク、ドライヤー。 冷蔵庫、テレビ、バスタブあり

メディナから歩いて5分ほどです。従業員さんも優しく、おいしい朝ごはんつき。少しだけ場所がわかりにくいのでしらべてから行ってください。

到着時に部屋のアップグレードをしていただきとても広い部屋で快適に過ごせました。 部屋は清潔でスタッフも親切で良かったです。

フレンドリーなオーナーが20年前に購入して始めたリヤド。建物の歴史を感じることができる。中庭で提供されるディナーも美味。

ガイドブックを参考に選びましたが、期待以上の宿泊体験でした。内装が美しく、いくらでも写真を撮ってしまいます。二月の利用だったためか、当日は宿泊者が私だけで、貸し切り状態でした。外観からはわかりづらいのでタクシーで行くことをおすすめします。

このリヤドに３泊しました。湯船に問題なく溜められるぐらいお湯がでますし部屋もキレイでした。朝ご飯はトースト、ハチミツ、チーズ、ヨーグルトにジュース、コーヒーと充分な量、そして味もGOODです。ディナーは希望すればここのレストランで食べられます。スープ、春巻きみたいなもの、タジン鍋、デザートで250DH。周りの安食堂に比べたら高いですが（外なら代替50〜100DHで食べられる）、なんせちゃんとしたレストランだし味はめちゃめちゃ良いです。ワイン等アルコールもあります。フェズではとにかく宿までの道を覚えることが肝要。そういう意味で、ここはブ・ジュールド門からの経路を記憶しやすく、またバトハというちょっとした広場がすぐ近くにあるので、迷ったらとりあえず「バトハへ行きたい！」と言えば戻れるはずです。オーナーのマダムも親切で、地図は貸してくれるし次の日の電車の移動についてもアドバイスしてくれたし、とても満足しています。落ち着いた滞在ができると思います。

ブージュールド門から徒歩5分、細い路地を一本入った静かな住宅街にこの宿はあります。管理人は英語ＯＫで、近くから電話をすれば迎えをよこしてくれます。部屋は広く清潔。従業員も親切かつフレンドリーで、同行者の体調が悪くなったことを伝えると「チェックアウトは何時でもいいから」と言ってくれました（結局15時までいお世話になりました)。 レストランの食事は伝統的なモロッコ料理（コース料理、メインは鶏肉のタジン)で、ゆっくりと食べられて良かったと思います。味もなかなかでした。 また機会があればお世話になりたい宿です。

Riad meraviglioso! Una vera oasi di pace e bellezza a due passi dalla Medina di Fes. Accoglienza e gentilezza superlative che ti fanno gustare il vero spirito del Marocco. Colazione abbondante e cena a base di prodotti locali serviti nella bel patio. Camere spaziose e curate nei dettagli. L’unica cosa che andrebbe rivista sono i bagni non più attuali e poco funzionanti. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza più che positiva e indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo!

Very kind and helpful staff. They went out of their way for us, even adjusting diner options for my friend who had a gluten allergy. Walking distance to the medina, very quiet in the night. I would defenitely come back to this riad when visiting Fez again.

Outstanding hospitality with excellent customer service

Séjour exceptionnel dans un écrin magnifique. Ce riad sort tout droit du conte des Mille et Une Nuit. Beauté, calme, fraîcheur, propreté et authenticité étaient au rendez-vous. Un merci tout spécial au personnel ainsi qu'au General Manager Otmane pour avoir été si gentils et présents pour notre famille. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en geïnteresseerd. Mijn vriend was ziek en de manager was zeer behulpzaam. De licatoe is in een rustoge buurt en op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden. Als je wilt regelen ze een betrouwbare gids, zodat je niet naar allerlei winkels wordt gesleept waar je iets moet kopen. De Riad is prachtig.

I made the reservations in February and received a confirmation. My credit card was charged which surprised me - the other riads want to be paid in cash. When we arrived, we were told they over booked - and were going to find us another riad close by. They found me a place; offered us apologies and lunch the next day (we were going to be out sight seeing); we were told the second riad would have us for the full 3 nights although the first room was not entirely what we wanted- but they were doing the best they could. We found out approximately 10pm the second night that we were being moved to yet another riad….the Andalous manager apologized; over the phone said he was going to stop by the next morning and tell us where we were going- he did not.show (apparently he went to Casablanca to pick up other guests) and did not communicate with the Alcazar folks about where we were going. Our bags were sitting by the reception desk. I guess the manager of the Alcazar was able to reach the manager from the Andalous; he sent a colleague to retrieve us and walk us over to Riad Sucrier. She tried to explain that it was a problem with Expedia and mis communication with booking. The whole experience with Andalous was a mess; I didn't appreciate moving twice and the lack of communication.

Staff are very friendly and helpful thru out the stay. Property is very good but there is room for improvements in bathrooms and maintenance. Management mentioned they are planning to upgrade soon.
