Nice room comfy bed. Odd situation with bathroom sink hot water. It wouldn’t get warm unless shower was also turned on. The girl at reception listened and then said “how odd”. We agreed it was. As we were checking out we don’t know if or how it was resolved

Very pet friendly, spectacular beach views from the room & poolside, very clean, & courteous plus very friendly staff that was available at all hours for service. Dining walkable & food excellent! Highly recommend!

I love that everything was so close and convenient. The staff was extremely helpful. Really great time driving so I got in early in my room was ready and available. There was an issue with the elevator being broken. It was currently being worked on. Everyone was lovely and trying to be patient with the situation I will definitely be back

Our room was very clean & we had a great ocean view. I didn’t like the small patio,(porch )not much room to sit (30 inches). Only one elevator was working most of the time. Jeff is the person who helped us in & out with our luggage & he was very friendly & great. Gave us good tips about the area! 5 star rating for him& that is the kind of people you want working for you!

The view of the beach was amazing!

We enjoyed the ocean view; however, the balcony was very small with no room for chairs or a table. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

It was great! Water pressure and temperature was a little difficult and the pipes in the walls were noisy. Other than that, it was wonderful! Would stay again!

We had a short stay but enjoyed our time. The hotel is older but the staff was wonderful and the restaurant Pinky's had great desserts. Location is wonderful right next to pier and can walk to everything.

The friendliest hotel staff I have ever come across in All of my years of travel! Lovely views room could use some furniture updating. Beach was great as was Pinky’s for dining.

Really nice beach at hotel but chairs extra from vendor in the beach. Also no screen in the sliding door but a beautiful view!

Was a wonderful experience! Nice rooms with a comfortable bed and sofa. Everyone was so friendly. Will stay here again!

It was our anniversary weekend and it was amazing there. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, the facilities were pretty awesome. And you cannot beat the location.

Outdoor pool with view of the ocean was the best feature, in addition to a welcoming and friendly staff. Interior public (common) spaces need an update. Leaky lobby roof and questionable elevator performance were surprise features for such an upscale hotel. Would still recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our short holiday! Room was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating, amazing view with direct beach access... overall fantastic stay!
