前の宿泊先にリュックサックを忘れてしまいましたが、スタッフの方が前の宿泊先とも連携し、ピックアップもしてくれて無事届けていただけました。また、サービスは丁寧で行き届いており、みなさんフレンドリーで素晴らしい体験でした。

Loved the swim up bar which was heated and covered so great in all weather! Staff super friendly and efficient.

One of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed at. From the complimentary pickup to the room service, everything was seamless. The staff were incredibly attentive and always willing to answer any questions. It’s very family-friendly and an overall fantastic experience—we’ll definitely be back.

Coco Beach Resort provides a FULL-SERVICE vacation experience. The concierge started communicating with us a few weeks prior to our arrival to ensure our questions were answered as well as aided in booking two fantastic excursions. We were met at the Belize City airport by a representative from the resort to help guide us to our connecting flight to Ambergris Caye. From that point on the Coco Beach made sure we were completely taken care of. From check-in to check-out the staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were fantastic and extremely well maintained. We ate several meals at the resort and enjoyed all of our meals. We spent a lot of time exploring while on Ambergris Caye, and from what we could tell, we made the best choice for our accommodations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were helpful and friendly, accommodating even tricky requests (like early morning breakfasts before we left the last day, etc.) There are several pools, the larger pool was awesome for kids with sunny and shady spots. The swim up "adults only" pool was heated and so lovely.

The pools were lovely, staff were helpful and friendly. We ate at the main restaurant once, was ok but could use updating. The pool bar food was good breakfast was super. Housekeeping very friendly and did a nice job. The area is quiet vs. the hustle and bustle in town but it's a short 20 min golf cart ride to town. We did the day sale for snorkling to the reef and sharks and rays and lunch at Caye Caulker with Tuff Nuff sailing excursions. Highly recommend. Our first time to Belize for my husband's birhday he loved it. Very chill don't pack much just swimming costumes, flops, cover ups and casual sundresses. We will be back!

Got "locked" in bathroom in C 4 for a few minutes, lol. Might want to add some WD 40 to lock. I did think there was a gym there, maybe next year, Tai Chi by the beach. Food and service were excellent

This was our second time staying there and it was just as beautiful and accommodating as the first time. When we go back to Belize we will definitely stay there again.

Amazing place to stay!

The property was beautiful and clean. We rented a golf cart and there was always a spot for us. The staff was wonderful.

The resort was great the problem is when you go to Belize you shouldn’t spend more than it cost to go to Grand cayman! They charged high prices for everything… I mean everything! Even ice for your room was expensive. Also there was really no beach to speak of at the resort and no where close to get in the water unless you go to secret beach which is super crowded. Super Over expensive. The pool was great, but I don’t go to the Caribbean to sit by a pool.

Wonderful stay. Very clean, staff went above and beyond. One wish there was more music throughout the property.

We visited with a large group, 18 people. Coco beach resort more than accommodated all of us. They made sure we had a great time! The pools were all awesome, with a lot of different ways to relax and play; something for everyone. Plenty of folks with kids here and other larger groups were all having a great time. We stayed one week. Ice and drinking water and coffee provided for rooms ;) Thank you!
