仕事先へのアクセスを考えてホテルを選んだが、思ったよりこじんまりしたホテルだった。ただ、スタッフの多くは英語によるコミュニケーションがとれ、また無料の朝ごはんもなかなかよく、総合的には満足的な滞在になった。周囲の大型ホテルに比べると少々料金が高めで、コスパに見合うかは判断がしづらいが、次回も泊まろうかなと思っています。

Amazing staff and Dominic was very helpful and makes amazing food

The hotel was very clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was fresh and tasty. We enjoyed the massage and the pool. The only negative was cockroaches appeared in our bathroom at night- they may have come up the drain.

Equipe maravilhosa! Todos muito atenciosos, nos fizeram sentir em casa. O hotel é confortável, bem localizado e tudo funcionou perfeitamente.

Nos hospedamos no Zank por apenas uma noite durante o Carnaval e foi tudo excelente. Fomos muito bem recebidos. O hotel é lindo, num prédio histórico e num bairro muito agradável. A apenas poucas quadras fomos tomar banho na Praia da Paciência, na volta fizemos uma excelente massagem e um late check out. Só temos a agradecer a excelente experiência que o hotel nos proporcionou. Espero poder retornar para mais dias.

Great and lovely helpful people. Main problem is the building next door. Almost no room with sea view. Noise and dust from the works can be annoying during the day. great breakfast. Hotel should not advertise sea view any longer.

Loved my room, the location and the staff! I loved the size of the hotel and their recommendation to eat at Casa de Tereza! Ate there twice! I had a great massage experience (book a day in advance) and the breakfast that’s included was delicious! It’s a quick walk to the beach!

Zank hotel is a real 5 star hotel with great service and a comfortable atmosphere. It is small and thus feels exclusive. Unfortunately there is a new building under construction in front of parts of the hotel that block view to the sea. Make sure you get room at the end of hotel to get sea view. For sure i will stay here again.
