場所は工業地域に位置し、目立った観光はないが、ホテルのサービス、レストラン、朝食も充実しており、値段も安い。今後もこの地域に宿泊は是非泊まり、フィットネスなども利用し、長く滞在したい。

シャワールームをもっと広くしてほしい

Overall experience was excellent, room was nice and clean. The mattress and the pillows were not perfect, but the small terrace was a big plus! Breakfast was also very good.

Ristorante assolutamente insoddisfacente. ascensore funzionava male. aria condizionata in camera non possibile spegnere, un disastro!!!

The location was fairly good, it is positioned in a bit of a bad place with the highway right next to it, but with the windows closed it is truly a soundproof room. The location has easy access to busses, these can get you pretty much anywhere in the city with ease. You can hop on the 102 from the train station and ride it pretty much right up to the hotel itself, and if you want something to eat you can just hop on the 37 and ride it out to a bus stop that is at most 20 steps from a place called Special Bar Barbra where you can get amazing burger without spending too more than an hour or two round trip. Also, for those who find the rooms warm like we did and the AC does not seem to do enough, just go to the lobby and ask for the staff to unlock the window, they will bring the keys up and provide the service for you. Honestly was a lifesaver after those hot days.

No resturant open or bar for 2 nights. Climate control in room did not work= very hot in the room

Wurden ins Hotel Imperial im Zentrum von Ostrava umgebucht. Das Hotel liegt an einer Fussgängerzohne. Parkplätze gegen Bezahlung. Geräumige, schöne Zimmer. Das Restaurant im Haus. Das Essen vorzüglich. Ausstattung und Einrichtung entsprechen 4 Sternen.

Servicepersonal höflich und gut geschult. Angenehme Aufenthaltsatmosphäre. Gutes Frühstück. Mücken können im Sommer auftreten, deshalb Mückenschutz mitnehmen.
