飛行機が遅れて夜中にチェックインしようとしても、夜はレセプションが閉まっている。暗唱番号がわからず、チェックインできず。 確かにホテルと異なりインなので仕方ないとExpediaから言われたら、この値段でレセプションが無いとは非常に不便。 加えて階段しかなく、荷物をもっておれば、結構苦労する。

Wifiが時々繋がらない、また最終日に、お風呂場の光が切れてしまいました。そのほか、perfect!

The Inn @ St Botolphは電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、食器などがそろったキッチン付きの部屋ですので大変使い勝手のよいホテルです。近くにスーパーもあるので食材を購入し料理することも可能です。部屋によってはバスタブがなくシャワーだけという部屋もありますのでどうしてもバスタブが必要ということでしたら事前に確認されることをお勧めします。また、ホテルに入るためには入口にあるテンキーで自分専用のコードを入力する必要があります。私の場合、業者を通じての予約でしたので事前に自分専用コードが送付されずに、ホテルに着いたときにインターホンにてフロントと話をしてドアロックを開錠してもらいました。もしフロントに人がいない夜中の時間帯にチェックインされる方は前もって自分専用コードを入手することをお勧めします。なおチェックアウトが朝３時でしたがフロントの方が空港までのタクシーを予約してくれて大変助かりました。

We stayed for a long weekend. The location was excellent and we found the amenities and room lovely.

Absolutely fantastic stay, gorgeous hotel, ultra-clean, wonderfully helpful and courteous staff, great location!!! Ask for a tour of the breakfast room to be certain you find everything available, it's wonderful as well. Can't wait to come again.

Annoying sound from a generator (or something similar). I was able to change rooms after 2 nights, the staff was helpful.

The front desk staff was especially helpful as our travel plans changed during our stay due to a flight cancellation. Check in was super easy and we appreciated the amenities included in the room. Breakfast was included although the lounge area was crowded when we dined. Front desk was able to hold our luggage to accommodate our late flight. Fabulous restaurants and shopping within walking distance very nearby. Charming little boutique hotel!

Lovely old property with modern rooms in a nice area of old buildings but within 5 mins of a subway station and some nice places to eat.

Great location. Clean cozy room.

Spacious room in a well located property. Good bathroom that was not spacious but efficiently laid out. Very good video array. Small but well designed kitchen. Walkable to all Back Bay features and well situated for public transportation. Ample breakfast perhaps best consumed in your suite.

Great hotel next to the prudential center!

The rug was tired. The trip met our objective as a stopping point to freshen up for an event that evening. We came to the hotel directly from a 9 hour flight. The experience met OUR expextation.

Room felt homey and like we had our own little apartment. People in room above us were very heavy footed. It took a little while to figure out the hot water for shower.

Getting in after office hours on check in day was complex as I had no idea that all the information I needed was sent via email. If that were a little more clear it would’ve saved us some time and gotten out of the rain much quicker

Cute little spot perfect for my travels. Quiet, aesthetically pleasant, comfortable bed, walkable to the Pru and Newbury St. Would stay again.

Stayed at the Inn at St Botolph over marathon weekend and so thankful we did. The price was lower than many hotels in the area. The location is amazing for the marathon festivities and close to food, transportation, and shopping, while being enough removed that it was quiet. The staff was kind, friendly, and accommodating. The food in the office/breakfast area was available throughout the day (not sure if this is always the case or just during marathon weekend) and thoughtfully chosen. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice kitchen area. Would not hesitate to return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This Inn was a lovely find for a weekend in Boston. In spite of rain rain rain it was easy to walk to Pru, T, BSO, and get in a lot. Will be back!
