最初に外観を見ると、あまり期待できないのではないかと思いましたが、部屋や共用スペースは綺麗で、朝食会場はとても素敵でした。

部屋にはポットがないので、バーが21時までやっているとのことで、お湯をもらいに行って、自分で部屋まで持って行きました。その後、わざわざホテルの人がクッキーも後から届けてくれましたが、サービスかと思いきや、しっかりルームサービス料金をチェックアウト時に請求されました。持ってきてほしいと一言も言っていないのに当然のように請求されて驚きました。

繁華街に近く、便が非常に良いです。朝食会場もきれいでした。

古い施設を改造していてそれなりの雰囲気だが何か中途半端。朝食もごく普通。周辺は若者が夜遅くまで騒いでいてうるさい。面している道が狭くて普通車が停まれない。

手入れが行き届き、対応もよく、満足。お風呂があると良い。

スパッカナポリ至近の旧市街中心部に位置するホテル。たしかに周囲は落書きだらけで，通りも狭くて汚いが，これはナポリ旧市街ではほぼスタンダード。むしろナポリ東洋大学のキャンパスの近くで学生も多く行き交い，ガイドさんによれば「非常に便利で安全な地区」ということだった。ただし地下鉄の大学駅からは傾斜のある石畳を上ってこなければならないので，安全代も込みで，空港からはタクシー利用がよさそう。私は込み込み28ユーロを請求されたが，ホテルスタッフによれば20ユーロで十分という。通りに面した建物の表面はお世辞にも綺麗とはいえないが，内部は非常に綺麗に改装されている。清掃も丁寧で，清潔さに問題はない。ナポリ王国時代にスフォルツァ家の枢機卿が持っていた邸宅を改装したホテルと言うことで，朝食サロンも写真で見る以上にすばらしいものだった。ナポリで読んだイタリア語のガイドブックにも大きく取り上げられるほど，地元でも有名なホテルらしい。ただし部屋はおそらく当たり外れがあるようで，外れだと日があまり入らなくてやや狭い部屋になる可能性もありそう（古い邸宅を改装しているので，ある程度は仕方ない）。私が通されたComfort Double Roomは日当たりも良く，部屋の大きさも標準的で良かった。天井が非常に高いのが特徴だろう。特にエアコンが途中で止まるなど，些細な問題はいくつか生じたが（イタリアではよくあること），スタッフの対応は非常に良く，英語も良く通じて親切に対応してくれる。朝食も品数は決して多いとはいえないが（特に野菜が少ない），それぞれの品のクォリティは高く，おいしく食べられた。細かいことを気にする人がどう評価するかは分からないが，私は総じて，大満足な滞在だった。最後まで親切に対応してくれたCarloにVinebenzo，ありがとう， I am satisfied with room, breakfast service, wonderful accommodations and locations of this hotel. I think that it would be one of the best choices, if one needs to stay in the old city center. I really appreciate the kindness of the hotel staffs who can speak great English. 最初はこんな所にあるの？と思ったが案外いろんなところが徒歩圏内でいいロケーション。スタッフは素晴らしい。直ぐにいろいろと対応してくれる。唯一不幸だったことは、バスタブと壁の間のシールが甘いのかシャワーの水が大量に漏れたこと。これだけで滅入ってしまった。

フロントの方はとても丁寧な対応でしたが、部屋に通された時に、テレビがつかず、リモコンの電池切れで交換すると言われたが、結局音沙汰なし。よく見ると、テレビの配線ケーブルがちぎれていた。 部屋は天井が高く、ヨーロッパの歴史ある建物に滞在していることを実感できます。

はじめてのナポリ旅行で，利用。事前の口コミ情報では，ホテル周辺は落書きだらけで……とありましたが，治安などの不安はありません。結構，冬（2月訪問）の10時過ぎでも，大丈夫です。 ホテルは，古い建物の２フロアを利用しているようです。古い洋館らしく，天井が高く，部屋もかなり広いです。一人で利用したので，やや寂しさを感じたくらいの広さでした。冷蔵庫，アメニティ，しっかりしてます。ただ，自分で購入したミネラルウォーターのペットボトルを冷蔵庫にいれていたら，なぜか，捨てられていました。フロントに申し出たら，まるごと２リットル，持ってきてくれましたが。いまだい，なぜ，捨てられたのかは謎です。 ホテル周辺は，狭い路地で陰気な感じがしますが，これはナポリ下町全体に言えることだし，ホテルを出て，右に数分歩けば，にぎやかな下町通りに出られます。このホテルのスタッフに，3件，レストラン（トラットリア）を紹介していただきましたが，どこも安くておいしかったですね。これも，スパッカ・ナポリの魅力かもしれません。ナポリへ行く前は，怪しい（ある意味自意識過剰な）危険情報が気になりましたが，はっきり言って，特におそれる必要はないです。ホテル周辺の見た目は，うす暗い感じ，落書きなどで，気になる方もいるのかもしれませんが，ナポリの雰囲気をアジア宇ためには，最高のロケーションでした。

ホテルの周囲は落書きだらけで、まさに「ナポリ！」という環境です。 地下鉄の駅や観光名所も徒歩圏内で便利な場所です。ホテル内はとても素敵な雰囲気です。 特に朝食をいただく場所は、貴族気分を楽しめます。

Excellent location. Beautiful property and amenities. Breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive. You wouldn’t know from the outside but it was stunningly beautiful inside and we would recommend.

The hotel is in a great location. On a quiet street but close to the center of the old town. Very unique historical building with large room and great breakfast

Fun getting to amongst the alleyways of Naples. Easy to walk to restaurants and bars. Also walkable to Naples Archaeology museum. Friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was lovely and the staff was amazing friendly and very helpful.

There are many positives and very few negatives, but the negatives far tip the balance of the overall value and feeling we had. My wife and I flew into Milan for 8-days where we already had a nice hotel booked and paid for, however due to poor weather we decided to take a high-speed train to Naples for 2-nights. We had checked into our hotel in Milan, it was nice and very much had working air conditioning. Upon checking into our room in Naples we had NO working air conditioning. We called the front desk where I was expecting an explanation about how the local laws prevent the use of air conditioning in public spaces, but instead was told "we see the air is on and working". I confirmed it is indeed one, but NOT working. They said "WE WILL LOOK INTO IT TOMORROW".... which they never did. We didn't even need air conditioning, we just needed circulation of air as the room gets hot and stuffy without air moving around the room. SO the solution? Well what we thought was a window was not, but rather a shared balcony with the next door room. We were able to open our door to allow cool air to come into the room which was fine that first night, but the second night was a MAJOR problem. The second night the noise never ended outside--partying, loud cars, SMOKING. Finally at 2am, we angrily got up to close the door. We did not sleep much at all. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again, no matter how friendly the staff was, how good the breakfast was, etc. NOT acceptable!
