綺麗で立派な建物だったし、周りに何もないのがある意味また良い。

駐車場付きということで宿泊しました。 部屋はコネクティッドルームで2部屋を1部屋にした形になっており、赤ちゃん連れだったので、夜は1部屋閉めて暗く静かにできたので助かりました。 ただ、キーカードをチェックイン時1枚しか渡されず、2部屋目の電気がつかなかったのでレセプションに電話したところ、キーカードを取りに来いと言われました。 また、少し廊下の音が部屋に聞こえてきたので、そこが少し不快でした。

朝食の品数が比較的多くて良かったです。

もともと、キュラソーネプチューンズの試合を観に行くために宿泊したのですが、立地やホテルの良さに再び行きました。 次は、息子が2歳になる誕生日に動物園の来園も兼ねて行きました。 やはり最高。そして、自然のウサギも沢山見れます。また次回も楽しみにしてます！

** READ & AVOID THIS HOTEL ** We have stayed there many times but now never again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel! The disgusting lack of cleanliness in the room was our main issues. We went to sleep in the bed, we noticed there was no sheet, when we pulled back the fitted sheet it was stained! There was approximately 6 or 7 different stains on the sheet! We complained they sent up cleaning staff & she went to put the new fitted sheet on it also was also stained. Nobody is bothering to check if the sheets are actually getting cleaned or if what they’re putting on your bed. The staff was nice & changed our room but in the next room we noticed on the headboard, a random clip & used tissues. When we went to use the body wash in the shower, there was nothing & for 3 days no one bothered to check or refill it. The sink was also clogged & smelled, when we complained. They asked if the plug was pushed down we told them no & it smelled awful & there’s an obvious clog that wouldn’t allow the water to drain. When they went to fix it, they just pulled the plug up a little bit more It still was clogged & still stunk they really did nothing. We also went to the breakfast buffet in the restaurant at 10:45 AM. They happily took our almost €50and sat us down. We got our first little bit of food and started to eat & they told us the buffet was closing in 5 minutes.. they should have told us before taking our money & let us choose if we want to go or not. I would avoid this hotel!

Bra frukost, brett utbud av rätter

A nice hotel next to the zoo, but nothing else around. So no where to walk for food or drinks. So unless you can drive food and drink only possible at hotel. Restaurant for dinner was nice and food good, bar seemed tucked out of the way and didn’t find it till later after dinner. Breakfast expensive at over 20 euro per person and not big selection either. But enough to have a good start to the day. Check out is 12 which is very good and free parking available if you can get the spots outside the hotel.

Zelfs de goedkoopste kamer is opvallend ruim. Handig parkeren voor 4 eu de hele dag. Breng je parkeerkaart naar de receptie en wissel deze om voor een uitrijkaart voor 4 eu. Handig als je Blijdorp bezoekt.

Staff were really friendly and helpful

Room is good. Cleaning always good. Nothing in minibar not even 1 water bottle. Bad service from reception. They woke me up to ask me to pay for 1 hour late check out, and they brought the machine up to the room with them. Never seen that before. Bad customerservice and treatment but room is good

Dejligt hotel selvom der ikke var drikkevand på værelset og håndvasken var stoppet. Det var også rigtigt spændende om morgen da der var brandalarm og alle skulle forlade hotellet kl 7, lidt senere var der tumult på 3 etage, politiet kom dog hurtigt og tog 3 mand med i håndjern.

Everything was top notch, room, restaurant, dinner, breakfast,staff!!

I was able to rent an electric bike at the hotel to get around town, which enhanced my experience. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly.

Mooie ruime kamers, de gordijnen verduisteren ook goed. Het enige nadeel is dat de douchewand niet lang genoeg was waardoor het water van de douche in de badkamer zelf kwam met als gevolg er een grote plas stond

The family room was nice and spacious.The breakfast was good. The staff was helpful and friendly!

Praktisch für einen Aufenthalt in der Stadt mit individueller Anreise mit eigenem Auto. Parkplätze vom Tierpark sind genügend vorhanden (Ausfahrticket an der Rezeption für 4 Euro erhältlich). Restaurant i.O., Frühstück-Buffet vielfältig und ausgiebig, Zimmer sind ausreichend gross. Wird wahrscheinlich von vielen Geschäftsreisenden benutzt, weniger Urlaubs- oder Durchreisende.
