Well you failed to print my truthful review from my stay in punta Cana in January...so all I will say...is find out for yourselves and stay here..

The hotel was great, perfectly situated, and all the staff where excellent, friendly and helpful. The room was spotless with a lovely balcony and a partial seaview. The only downfall, which is not the hotels fault, is the noise in the local vicinity, which can go on until 4am on most nights.

Tomadas do banheiro não funcionavam. Muito barulho perto do hotel tanto durante o dia, pior ainda à noite.

it is a best hotel staff I had seen ,is better then 5 star hotel,one simple word EXCELLENT STAFF.( on the front)

Was quite a nice stay for a reasonable price. You get what you pay for. Staff were friendly and the hotel was right outside the main strip so close to the beach and shops. Only downside is it’s right outside the local clubs and bars so if you go bed early it can be a bit noisey

Le personnel ne m’a pas informé que ce serait impossible de dormir avant 05:00 heures du matin. Trop de bruit; l’hôtel n’est pas du tout isolé. Je suis déçu.

Tudo bom, mas o barulho de noite e música muito alta dos bares até 4:00.

All the staff that we saw and met were all very friendly and welcoming.

Needs renovation

Antiquated. Double twin bed put together, instead of a queen. Shower old, bathroom needs remodeling

It was a peaceful 5 days, apart from the noise from the nightclub in front of the hotel, the rest was really worth it, everything was close by and the hotel staff were very attentive, I recommend it to everyone

A part le lit qui faisait beaucoup de bruit rien à dire ! Avertir les clients que parfois ont entend un fond de bruit de l’extérieur mais sinon c’est tout
