Staff are friendly. And the place is where you can have a nice sleep because it's quiet but the one thing I don't like about the place is no elevator and spa services is on a weekday only.

The hotel is quite old and needs renovation. It is also not very well-maintained. My room had a huge cockroach! I requested to move to a room in the 2nd floor in the hopes that my room would be farther from other roaches. This room is quite dusty and the lamps were quite dilapidated. The shower had thick molds so water was not coming out properly. There was also no hot water. The sheets smelled musty. The hotel was also out of the way. I had to walk about 50 meters to get to the streets where I can ride the tricycle. The hotel is inside a subdivision so there are dogs barking about in the afternoon and the pool is 40 meters away from the hotel. In general, I think the hotel was very overpriced and did not met the expectations set by the pictures in the app. However, I commend their customer service who were nice enough to call me a tricycle when needed and allowed to keep my bag for half a day after I checked out. WiFi is pretty fast too :)

Awesome stay here. Staff is great, room is really good.

Accommodating staff. they just have to make sure that the toiletries is complete.

Room was not well maintained. The telephone in the room constantly rang in the wee hours of the morning and front office service was not pleasant.
