ホテルの共通スペースはきれいでスタッフの人は良くしてくれました．

全体的にはよかったのですが、トイレットペーパーがなかったり、カードキーが故障したりと、残念なことがありました。 朝食はメニューの中から選択でき、とてもおいしかったです。

スタッフさんはみんな優しくて挨拶もしてくれて毎日をとても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。ツアーの紹介などもしてもらってとても親切なスタッフさんだったと思います。しかし部屋は清潔でしたが湿気がたまっており、お風呂に入ってから寝ても体がベタつくなどの違和感がありました。またアリみたいな小さな虫も部屋にたくさんおり見た目は清潔感がありましたが実際のところはそうとも言えません。

中心地から近く立地が良い。建物自体は新しく無いが、清潔感があり、受け付けのスタッフ、レストランのスタッフの対応が非常に良かった。

プールもあり大変快適でした。

メリダのソカロ中心から歩いて１０分くらいのところにある、大き過ぎずこじんまりしていてセンスのよい静かなホテルです。プールは見ていると入りたくなります。プールサイドにも人はそんなに居ない又は、いないし、遺跡めぐりの後、気持ちのよいひと泳ぎができました。メリダの人は、素朴で親切な人が多い気がするのですが、ここもそうで、受付のお兄ちゃんたち、私たちが以前日本の旅行会社を通して遺跡めぐりツアーを申しこんでいたけれど、連絡できなかったトラブルを、解決しようと電話番号をネットで検索し、必死で電話を掛けてくれました。ありがたかったです。でも、今考えると、前もって、遺跡めぐりツアーに申し込む必要もなかったと思います。メリダのホテルの受付に言えば、遺跡ツアーは、すぐ取り付いでくれます。信用できるし。少なくともホテルにはピックアップにくるだろうし。食事はここでは取ってませんが、近くに地元の人たちが利用するタコスなどの軽い食事のできるところもあり、安くておいしかったです。毎夜繰り広げられる民族お祭りも品がよく、楽しく、ソカロ中心を夜９時頃離れ、歩いて（夫婦で）帰れました。

El hotel muy bonito. El personal muy amable. Limpio. Solo cambiar las colchas y toallas. Muy bien ubicado. Me encantó!

Some black hair on the sink and in the tub. The shower/tub tap combination did not work well The buffet egg selection was cold

Everything!!! The Gran Real Yucatan is a beautiful hôtel with colonial style! Very clean, quiet and best location in Centro Histórico where you could walk to various places and restaurants.

Good for just sleeping, clean. Close to everything Wouldn’t recommend for international (non Spanish speaking) visitors hence only one person in staff could speak english, when he”s shift was over you were left clueless. However that’s our fault that we haven’t learned Spanish, yet. Restaurant only open in mornings, no bar menu, nothing during afternoons/evenings. Breakfast expensive so much better options just one block away.

Parking was in a secured area not on the street which was nice. Our only complaint is housekeeping opened our door at 8 am in the morning and woke us up. Not exactly sure why they came in that early.

This was the perfect location in Merida. It was walking distance to all central activities and restaurants. The staff were very helpful. The building was older but public areas were very nice. We had two connecting rooms with a living room which was very convenient. As with any older property there were some quirks but overall it was a great place.

If you want to be in a location where you’re not too central to the touristy parts and avoid the business, but are able to walk to quite a bit of different locations for shopping, tourism and dining. This will be a great spot for you and your friends. Staffing is great and friendly and provides excellent service.

I was very impressed with every aspect of this hotel. I stay in the centro regularly and this was my first visit to your establishment, it won't be my last. The pride in your operation shows on many levels, thank you!

El Hotel está muy chingón, muy muy muy bonito

Habitación amplia, cama y almohadas cómodas, excelente ubicación, estacionamiento a un lado de hotel, el hotel y habitaciones estan bonitas.
