Very good location, friendly staff. A bit of a hilly road but close to Central Station. Washing machine and clothes dryer are available which is very convenient. A great place to stay for sightseeing in Brisbane.

Apartment had a strong smoke smell, but other than that good value for money

Overall excellent, loved the facilities and nice space for my business trip with a study area. Staff were excellent, welcoming and happy to go above and beyond. I didnt see a bath plug for the bath which was a little bit disappointing as was some of the loud vehicles passing by when trying to sleep. Besides that, everything else i found above expectations - enough to stay here again!

The apartments deserved praise for have plugs fir the sink, the basin & bath, generally these plugs are missing, thank you Oxygen Apartments for this mall convenience. A pleasant stay, but the uphill climb back from the CBD got me. Overall, value for what I paid, especially as it includes free parking.

The apartment was worn with broken drawers in the ensuite and kitchen. No plugs were provided for sinks in the ensuite and there was mould in the ensuite and kitchen. Overall a very disappointing apartment for the price.

Each room had an issue. The main bedroom has a joint fan/light. You cannot use the fan without the light being on. 2nd double bedroom had NO FAN at all. 3rd bedroom looked onto courtyard with lights streaming in all night. Air con preset, cannot adjust under 23°C. Probably wont book this place again.

Staff were pleasant and checkin was quick and easy. The apartment was disappointing and I would not consider it a 4* establishment, as advertised. The bedroom aircon had dirty marks all over it and it's filter was sitting on top of the unit. I didn't use it as I'm guessing it hadn't been serviced for a while and may have mould inside. The living room aircon had paper jammed in it. Lighting was dim, including in the bathroom. Living room roller blind didnt wind. The kitchen sponge was dirty. Black sofa had white stains.

Staff friendly as we had no light or fan in bedrooms turned out we didnt know how to work remote as it all runs off this Need instructions for fans and lights left in apartments Security lights along walkways shines directly into 2 front bedrooms Its like daylight need to replace curtains back as you can see there were curtains as tracks there and have been replaced with blinds that let light in at top and sides it was darker in there in day than night time so very bad to no sleep Very convenient spot close to city would recommend if they fix these problems

The apartment we stayed in was shabby and dirty and the carpet needed replacing as the soles of our feet were black after walking on it. The crockery, cutlery and chopping boards were all marked and needed replacing.

Our stay was awesome great place

Very conveniently located and within walking distance to the Queen St Mall and many local restaurants in Spring Hill and Fortitude Valley. Free car parking was a bonus. We stayed in a 2-BR apartment which was very spacious with 2 bathrooms and even a study nook which was perfect for me who needed to do a bit of work on holidays. Although the building and fixtures are not brand new, the furnishings were new and in good condition. We saw that there was a gym and pool but did not utilize them. Would definitely stay again.
