総合評価とレビュー Holiday Inn Express & Suites CHICAGO WEST-ROSELLE by IHG, an IHG Hotel

会社に近いのでいつも泊まっているが朝食が朝6:00から出るのは有り難い。

朝食付きでホテルの部屋には冷蔵庫からCoffee makerもあり広さも十分。オヘア空港からは30分程かかるがオヘアの西側にある会社に行くのであれば便利。

車で2～3分の場所にはShopping Mallや大型スーパーがあり、レストランもある。又、ホテルは朝食付きなのでフルーツ、パン、オートミール、飲み物、ベーコン、卵、ヨーグルト迄揃っているので文句なし。無料Wi-Fiや大きくはないがプールもある。 全くストレスなく投宿できる。

近くのHilton Indian Lake Resort & Suiteはもっと高いのに朝食なしだが、このホテルは設備も真っ当だし、清潔で部屋も広いので何ら問題ない。環境も静かでElgin O'hare Expresswayを使えばO'hare空港迄も30分程度なので便利。

施設は比較的新しく、Elgin HighwayでO'hare空港迄30分程度で行けるし、環境としては静か。近くにShopping Mallがあり、買い物にも便利。（車で2-3分）朝食はフルーツ、ジュース、ヨーグルト等もあり、快適。浴室の換気扇が停められればもっと静かで良かった。

Moldy bathroom ceiling and room smelled like mildew. Hot tub was out of service. Pool area ceiling had part of it that fell down with black mold showing where boards were missing. Breakfast was awesome, large selection of hot food !

Great hotel! Nice breakfast

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years as we have family in the area. For the last couple of stays, the overall condition of the hotel has really deteriorated. During this visit, upon arrival the room contained only 2 towels and 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. We had to request more to equal the number of guests in our room. One day, we didn’t have our room cleaned-our choice-and asked the front desk for more towels. The person on duty said there were no more just to bring our dirty ones to the front desk to be washed. What!?! My husband went to ride an exercise machine and it was broken. It has been broken for the last two years we’ve visited. Our room was a one bedroom suite. The outer lounge area did not have a tv. The only tv was located in the bedroom. We always book this type of room so know to expect a tv in the lounge area. It unfortunately appears this hotel poorly managed and/or is facing difficult times and lacks money to purchase towels, fix broken equipment, and replace room amenities. This will be our last visit to this site.

Staff was friendly, beds/pillows were too soft making it too uncomfortable to sleep in.

So dirty, unfriendly staff, moldy bathrooms, hot tub broken, no extra towels, ceiling broken in pool area.

Nice hotel. Have stayed twice and both times have been pleasant. Friendly staff. Beds are comfortable, showers nice and hot. Free breakfast. My place to stay when visitingfamily.

The bathroom smelled like pee. and the chair in the room had a stain on the cushion as big as a dinner plate. spots all over the carpet.

We were a family of three staying for one night. The room said "sleeps 4." When we checked in, we were told there was one bed. When I questioned it, the check-in person informed me that it says that because four people can sleep in a king size bed. My twenty-year-old son won't be sleeping in bed with his parents. The check-in person was rather unpleasant and snippy, telling me, "I guess you will have a free upgrade that you don't have to pay for, but just this one time!" It was not a very nice check-in experience.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, but we were told the pool was heated and it wasn’t also the hot tub was blocked off. Others said the hot tub is always blocked off and not working. We went there because it advertised the heated pool And wonderful hot tub. So I was disappointed that we couldn’t use those.

The receptionist was very helpful and kind, we realy like the place and they have delicious breakfast. Overall great place to stay.

You have to hook up your Netflix through their TV basically otherwise no TV.
