プールとジムはあるけど遊ぶための設備は特になく、ランドリーがあり、立派なキッチン（道具・食器つき）があって自炊ができます。スーパーでのお買い物はホテルにお願いできます。 とにかく、ゆっくり落ち着ける雰囲気です。 今回はビジネスで来ましたが、こんどは滞在を楽しむために来てみたいです。

There was a large sight with large dirt equipment across the road from the room they put me in. They stared work every morning at 4am. I did sleep well for the entire time I was there. I left a day early even though I had paid.

The rooms are spacious and nice to have restaurant from 4 pm

It was very convenient for our appointments at Mayo Clinic! The hotel is very nice, well kept, great staff, bar and music guitar entertainment in evening. Very nice spread for free breakfast each day. A great place to stay especially if you must be at Mayo.

The fellow working the bar was really friendly/restaurant and a really hard worker. When paying the rates required at this location, parking should be included. $14 per night is silly. Next time, like others, we'll just parkin the Mayo lot and use the hotel shuttle.

I liked how close it was to Mayo Clinic, I didn’t like them wanting to charge $14/day to park in the parking lot

I always stay here when visiting the Mayo Clinic and it is very clean, nice staff and extremely convenient.

The staff are always very professional, and the amenities make you feel at home during a Mayo visit.

We met a young man, Pierce, who made our stay very pleasant he was polite, informative, and went the extra minute to make our stay more comfortable. The breakfast staff were helpful and there was plenty of attention to cleanliness and keeping things stocked. Check in and out were excellent. My husband is employed by Ritz Carlton/Marriott and was so proud of the standards upheld by this Residence Inn

Really helpful to have such a nice property next to Mayo Clinic.

Nice clean property. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I had reserved an accessible room but there was only 1 grab bar in the bathroom and I felt the shower in the tub was not very safe. I could not adjust the ac very well and it really blew hard and was very noisy. The room was very nice and the kitchen will come in handy on our next stay. The young lady who check me in was great. I forgot to get her name. It was nice to learn that dinner and other foods are served there later in the day.

Convenient for the places I needed to be

It’s close to Mayo and getting rides back and forth were the reason I stayed there. Having to pay for parking is ridiculous and Mayo patients should not have to pay for parking!
