4泊しました。 朝食は毎日違う料理があり、美味しく食べることができました。 部屋の清掃も完璧でゆっくり過ごすことができました。 近くには10時過ぎまで開店しているお店があり、水やビールが買えました。

Nice breakfast

A very nice, clean hotel, staff were helpful and friendly. Once we got our bearings it was a nice walk to the old city attractions, mosques and bazaars and the Topkapi Palace. Pleanty of restaurant choices around the hotel.

The photo doesn't match reality, the breakfast is poor, the renovations are outdated, there's no soundproofing, and the air conditioning is poor. This hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars.

Good location, near the metro to Taksim square and the tram to aya sofia, only issue is the noise at night from nearby hotels playing music until 3am in the morning. Lots of good options for breakfast

Nice hotel in a good location close to many attractions in Istanbul. Bed was a little on the hard side for us, but I guess that is a matter of personal taste. The in-house restaurant served great food, so well worth a visit for local food.

this is my second time staying there this year and I will be definitely back with my family. Everybody is so amazing friendly and on point with their customer service there are massages are amazing as well. I do recommend everybody to stay there and I will be definitely back.

Bed linen was very poor. There was a cockroach in our room. Hotel is old and tired- needs renovation. Breakfast was good.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel avec mon conjoint et ma fille de 20 mois pendant une semaine dans une chambre deluxe. Nous avons été bien reçu, la chambre etait propre et assez grande avec un balcon. La déco est plutôt ancienne mais ce n'est qu'un détail et sa reste atypique. Le personnel a été bienveillant et au petit soin pour notre fille, en particulier deux jeunes serveuses des petits déjeuners, vraiment très gentille. D'ailleurs les petits déjeuners sont très bons. Deux petits inconvénients mais qui reste dans la norme, la clim n'est pas fonctionnel si nous enlevons la carte de chambre. La où nous étions situés nous avions un restaurant ou hôtel en face avec de la musique assez forte jusqu'a 2h du matin mais une fois les fenêtres fermés nous n'entendions pratiquement plus rien. Dans l'ensemble je recommande cet hotel et si nous revenons un jour, ce sera sûrement dans le même hotel.

Nicely located near Metro and tram. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff are very friendly. We would definitely go back.

The hotel is good overall, it’s my second time staying there. The rooms are nice but the birds on windows makes it hard to open for fresh air. Water doesn’t cost a lot so if they put one bottle in the room per day like other hotels I have been it will be convenient to the customers. One per stay is cheap. I like the personal friendly and courteous. I will stay there again and I’m referring all my friends. The hours to use the Turkish bath are not convenient at all. Visitors are busy during the day either sightseeing or for medical so late afternoon/ night it’s the best time to enjoy the spa without having to pay extra. I really did not like the hours at all. It’s the only thing that will make me go to other hotels. Please reconsider the spa time with no additional charges.
