大きな不満はないのですが、洗面台の水道のカランがグラグラしたままだったり、ハウスキーピングをスキップされてしまったり、二日連続でコンディショナーのボトルが空のままだったり（初日にフロントデスクに伝えに行ったのですが）と、一泊3万円近くするホテルとしては残念ながら対応が今ひとつだったかなと思いました。

Experience was just fine. The AC unit seemed oddly loud though and made it difficult to sleep well.

Nice and affordable.

It was smelly and the rooms are so small I felt like I was sleeping in someone’s bedroom for the night.

Beautiful customer service

The customer service was the only highlight. Dirty hallways, small older rooms with no sound dampening at all and wifi/ tv issues.

Nothing that reflected a 4 star hotel. It’s in a convenient location but that’s all. It was very noisy. I have a sleep machine and I could still hear so much noise. The bed sheets weren’t comfortable and very low quality and so hard that it was itchy. I was worried if there were bedbugs and I turned on all the lights in the middle of the night to check. It was the terrible bedsheets that made it hard to sleep. When I arrived both the bath towels also had hair in them. The phone in the room didn’t work to call the front desk. I then tried calling from my cell a number of times with no answer every time. I had to go downstairs to address the issue. The front desk was polite but it took a so long for housekeeping to bring the towels. Then on the day that I was checking out housekeeping was knocking on my door repeatedly before 9am. Check out is at 12pm and I had the do not disturb sign on the door. It’s odd that they take so long to do other essential things but before reasonable times coming knocking loud on the door unnecessarily. It’s rude. As if they try to rush you out faster. This has never been an issue in all of my travels and is never something expected at a 4 star hotel. Then to top it off they still haven’t returned my deposit. It’s been almost a month! I called and they told me that it was refunded and said that it must be my bank. I’ve even taken another trip since this one and received that deposit from them already. It’s not my bank. I DO NOT recommend!

Great location for doing things downtown. Walkable to every where one wants to go, or a cheap Lyft ride.

Staff was amazing. Very friendly and responsive. Great location if using public transit but Parking was difficult. Bed was a little too firm for me but that could just be my preference.

Bathroom was a little run down but overall really great

Nothing to like here. Small and cramped with mediocre everything. Lobby was okay. Rooms too small and loud and need updated badly. Gross shower and crappy tiny bathroom sink

My wife was not allowed to check into the room before I arrived. The first room we were offered smelled of marijuana so we requested another. Before being offered another room, the front desk had to check with housekeeping to verify the marijuana smell! We finally were given a room but because of the delay, we missed our event. The only positive was that the valet employee was delightful and helpful! Good location, fair rooms, otherwise lackluster.

I loved the coffee in the morning, and the water at night. The staff was so helpful with our taxi and bus issues. It was nice and quiet at night, and we got a good night’s sleep. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
