湖のすぐ近くで快適な環境にあるホテル。施設設備も豪華でいい。従業員の対応もよかった。駐車スペースも十分あり止めやすい。

Lovely location, large rooms, good breakfast and great leisure facilities. Only minor downside was that there was little hot water in our room.

Brilliant hotel only had 1 night but next time we come will definitely have more

Lovely rooms and location with lots of space for quiet chats in the common areas. The staff at the pool area were very welcoming!

Staff were exceptional. Hotel has a lovely relaxed feeling about it.

Beautiful hotel, stayed 5 or 6 times in past 7-8 yrs. Always very good. We did have an unfortunate incident with a bar meal the first night which I have notified the hotel directly about. I will say it was nothing to do with the service or bar staff They were great. The room we had was on the 5th floor. Very spacious with lovely bathroom and jacuzzi. The view from the wrap around, floor to ceiling, corner windows was fantastic. Total peace and quiet - which is about the important feature to us. Parking is always busy but never a problem. Breakfast can be very busy at peak times. Again the service is excellent. Generally the cooked breakfast is lovely. The exception being the scrambled eggs which did not taste or feel authentic I would still stay any time and recommend this hotel to others.

Accommodations were lavish and spacious. The hotel made sure every detail was taken care of! Lovely property right on the water with beautiful views!

Thermal Spa is a must visit go everytime we stay. Staff are very friendly food in bar and restaurant are always great

Dinner was excellent and I found the gym to be superior to most hotels where I've stayed as it had a complete range of dumbbell weights, not just small ones, in addition to some machines, pullup bar, and barbell bench press, There were, of course, treadmills and another room with stationary bikes. The room was not large, but modern.

Very comfortable clean room. Excellent fresh breakfast. Staff polite & professional. Spa & leisure facility most relaxing.

Hot tub could be warmer, couldnt find a vending machine which would of been handy extremely friendly staff

Hotel is excellent, beautiful location, plenty car parking, 2 ev charging points on the back of the Hotel, very nice swimming pool with hot and wet sauna , breakfast very good and plenty options, staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The bathroom had drips of tea or coffee on the floor, the glasses in the bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly and the floor had not been swept. The spoons for the tea /coffee facility had heavy staining, they needed a proper clean or once through the dishwasher. My wife and I straightened the bed, but there was no attempt to make the bed properly!
