Paying for parking should be in with hotel price.

Rooms were very clean and tidy. Staff were super friendly in the hotel. Breakfast was good, fresh and tasted nice. Bar prices were a bit costly.

Brilliant staff who always went out of their way to help, standard continental breakfast (good enough!), comfortable stay and no issues. I’d 100% stay again.

The air con is in the process of being fixed ( the room didn't need cooling and it had no grass pollen in it ) A special thanks to Anastasia at breakfast on Wednesday morning, she made my stay feel really welcome. Helpful in showing me how the coffee station worked and checked I was feeling well (clearly showing emotional intelligence and empathy).

Perfect place to stay for Bristol trip. Stayed 2 nights and couldn’t fault it. The rooms were spotless, the bed was comfy, and the shower was hot with great pressure. Staff at reception were super friendly and gave us great local food tips. The location made it easy to walk the local retail park and train station in 12 min. Breakfast has everything you need to start the day. Special thanks to customer assistant for her support during checking in. Great value - will book again next time I visit Bristol.

Decent

This is ideally placed for visiting my son at UWE university, price is great, especially when including breakfast, location into city centre is good too.

At check-in and during the stay, staff was very helpful and friendly. At breakfast time however, it was pure chaos. We were queueing to be seated but only one staff was on hand to clear and clean tables while trying to find seats for guests. Food and plates ran out but no one was at hand to replenish stocks quickly enough. Staff was lovely, but seemed clueless as if there was no organisation amongst them. They need to be better managed and on the ball. Breakfast experience therefore turned out to be quite stressful.

The room was nice and clean. The staff very helpful and friendly breakfast was a good choice. Bar was nice. The only downside for the bar is that he don’t take cash anymore.

Good location, good service

Nice room, friendly staff all clean and tidy.

The location is good, supermarket within two minutes walk, restaurants 1 to 5 minutes walk, lots of parking. Staff is welcoming, breakfast is great, a variety to choose from. The room is bit small but very clean.
