とても素敵なホテルでした。５つ星なのに値段もお手頃で、部屋も広くてバスタブもあって大満足でした。お部屋は清潔で、出かけるたびにお部屋をお掃除してくれる感じでした。スタッフの方はみんな親切で感じがよかったです。 朝ごはんはバイキングではなく、メニューの中から好きなものを好きなだけ注文するスタイルです。どれも美味しくて食べすぎちゃいました。 長距離バスターミナルからはタクシーで１０分程度、旧市街へは6番のバスですぐです。空港へはタクシーで３０分くらいでした。 ツアー客はいなくて静かなホテルです。またドブロブニクに行ったら泊まりたいです。日本の方は見かけなかったですが、ぜひオススメしたいです。

素敵で隠れ家的ないいホテルです。建物や内装などがとてもステキで快適に休日を楽しめました。特にプールはこの規模のホテルにしては充分すぎるくらい広く、のんびりできます。少し残念だったのは、クーラーの効きが悪く音もうるさかったこと、朝食はせっかく個別にオーダーをとってくれるのに、ときどき間違えることがあり、それからコーヒーがインスタントでおいしくなかったことです。このランクのホテルなので、ほんのちょっと改善されれば申し分ないと思いました。

初めてのドブロブニク、憧れの地でおしゃれで景色も最高。 朝食はよくあるブッフェスタイルでは無く一つづつオーダーして、何度でも好きな物を選ぶ事が出来て味も良かったです。 いろいろなホテルに泊まりましたが思い出に残る最高ランクのホテルです。旧市街からバスですが、苦にはならない程度。 また利用したいと思います。

静かに過ごせる優雅なホテルでした。客室も多くなく旧市街地から距離が少しあるので、子供がいなくマナーある宿泊者が多く見受けられました。賑やかな旧市街地を堪能しながら、ホテルでは静かに過ごし、ドブロブニクの景色を落ち着いて眺める事ができました。

The Kazbek, was a super hotel, staff were fantastic, room was spacious and very clean, worth it's 5 stars. A great location by the marina . An early morning food bag, instead of breakfast was given for a day trip. To get from the city centre to the hotel, the bus stop outside was ideal and to get from hotel back to the city centre, the bus stop was just a 10 minute walk way.

Our stay at Hotel Kazbek was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a quiet, refined oasis just outside the bustle of Dubrovnik’s Old Town. The property itself is stunning—beautifully restored with a timeless, boutique feel that balances elegance with comfort. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail feeling intentional rather than overdone. What truly sets Kazbek apart, though, is the service. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making your stay memorable. Whether it was helping with reservations, arranging transportation, or just offering local recommendations, everything was handled effortlessly and with a personal touch. The location in Lapad is perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet still close enough to easily access Old Town when you want the energy and history. It’s the kind of place you actually look forward to returning to after a busy day exploring. Breakfast each morning was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the experience rather than just rush through it. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel in Dubrovnik that delivers both luxury and authenticity without feeling crowded or touristy, Hotel Kazbek absolutely delivers. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

A beautiful, traditional hotel with friendly staff & thoughtful details. Situated at the marina with restaurants within walking distance. A short bus journey away from the old town. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommend.

Outstanding experience at Hotel Kazbeck. We were sad to leave after our two nights there. LOVELY property, excellent staff experience and great location. Made our first nights in Croatia just perfect.

The architecture and interior design and landscape design is exquisite. The staff are welcoming and attentive. Breakfast and bar service wonderful and rooms comfortable. 5 star all the way.

Fabulous large room - stunning! Delicious freshly cooked breakfast (incredible menu) Breakfast was served in the beautiful courtyard. Excellent location for Dubrovnik sightseeing. Incredibly helpful staff who were wonderful.
