Eduardo was very kind and he is the best staff of all. The place was under construction, so I couldn’t sleep in.

ﾎﾃﾙは、ﾊﾟﾚﾙﾓのお店に近くとても立地がよく、室内はｷﾞｬﾗﾘｰのようでお洒落に絵が飾ってあり、屋上のｽﾍﾟｰｽや階段途中の踊り場にｿﾌｧｰなどが設けられﾎﾃﾙ全体の建物を楽しめるようになっていました。又、ﾎﾃﾙの方達はとても親切で、色々なことを教えてくださり、かつ英語が話せます。とても居心地がよく、大変お勧めなﾎﾃﾙです。次回ﾌﾞｴﾉｽｱｲﾚｽに来るときも、ぜひ泊まりたいです。

Clean room a little bit old but acceptable, staff is very nice

La habitación se veía muy antigua. Se escuchaba muchísimo si alguien pasaba por la puerta y me tocó cerca de un baño de uso general. Cada vez que alguien entraba o salía se escuchaba muchísimo la puerta rechinar, cerrarse o abrirse. Era como si estuvieran entrando en la habitación. La puerta del baño de la habitación era de vidrio y no llegana a cubrir hasta el piso ni el techo. Era como una puerta de un baño público. Casi como si estuviera integrada la habitación y el inodoro. No dejan peine, algodones, ni nada de cortesía. Todo el edificio se veía un poco deteriorado. La ubicación es buena, cerca de bares y restaurantes, pero a la vez, la calle del hotel es super tranquila.

O quarto era limpo, os funcionários bons, café da manhã (achei bem fraco para os padrões brasileiro; poucas opções e o mesmo cardápio todos os dias). Não tinha frigobar, nem TV no quarto. Boa localização.

Um hotel com boa estrutura, tem um terraço bastante aconchegante, funcionários prestativos, café da manhã bem servido e variado, quarto e roupas de banho/cama extremamente limpos. Ótima experiência!

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was fine, especially for the price. The shower worked great, but slightly flooded the floor and the hot water knob was not attached. Not a big deal. The room was also kind of noisy due to it's location at the bottom of the stairs. Breakfast was good.

Excelente hospedagem, quarto limpo, staff atencioso e café da manhã simples, porém bem gostoso. Wi-Fi muito bom, conexão boa e pegava em todo o hotel. O Rooftop é uma atração a parte: a vista é linda e o local é agradável pra descansar. Como sugestão: variar um pouquinho a opção de frutas no café da manhã.

Nice hotel and good area

Llegué a las 1AM esperando un buen descanso, pero me dieron una habitación ubicada bajo una escalera, literalmente. Esto es algo que jamás vi en un hotel. Escuchaba todo tipo de ruidos, incluyendo agua, pisadas, etc. No había buen aislamiento. Apenas ingresé a la habitación, comencé a estornudar. Soy alérgica al polvo y ácaros. Para sumar, dejaron abierta una ventana, entraron un par de mosquitos que tuve que matar. Tuve ganas de cambiar de habitación, pero venía tan cansada que ya no quería discutir. Leí en otros comentarios que el desayuno era muy bueno, tristemente no fue mi experiencia. Quizás completo para un argentino, pero no para extranjeros. Vi a otros huespedes limpiando mesas para poder sentarse. No está bien.

Hotel is beautiful - so much charm and character. Staff however not so much. Cold, indifferent and at times standoffish. Used BA as home base while exploring Uruguay, Paraguay and Patagonia. Unfortunately my first 10 mins in room toilet broke the staff seemed to insinuate I did so which was not the case. I had to repack everything and move rooms. From there it went downhill which ironically I was gone most of the time - see above. I would say that food was decent but for the attitude of the staff there are WAY better options in Palermo. I’m sure those places will appreciate your business.

Staff was kind, loved my room, and location was perfect. The owner is also someone who seems to know how to make things right if something is wrong, which is a lost value these days, so appreciate his help.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a wonderful neighborhood with lots of boutique shops and restaurants. The hotel had lots of open spaces to work, enjoy a glass of wine or lay in the sun.

Well located hotel close to places of interest, shops and dining options. Easy check in, friendly staff and spacious, clean room. I would stay here again.

The vibe, the charm, the comfort. Location was also good. Staff were very nice.

Not a welcoming place. Had to wait 3 hours to get my room. People did not want to make any efffort to accommodate me. No smile no nothing. However, the evening and night staff were nice.

Amazing hotel, staff fantastic. Cool vibes and design and the roof terrace is wonderful. Exceptional value for money - 10/10 would recommend
