蟻が数匹いたが、全体として清潔に保たれていた。 ベットサイズが大きく、大柄な大人2人でも快適に眠ることができた。

All cooking utensils are there. When arriving in early morning, hotel staff welcomed us and recommend to spend for a couple of hours until some restaurants will be opened.

還暦超えた両親＆私（38歳）、子ども（7歳、4歳）の5人で２ベッドルームを8泊しました。 このホテルは空港からレンタカーで15分ほどのトリニティビーチにあります。 コールズという大型スーパーが入っているスミスフィールドショッピングセンターとクリフトンビレッジはそれぞれ車で10分ほど。トロピカルズーは車で15分ほど。ケアンズ市内は25分ほどです。レンタカーを借りるなら不便さはまったくありません。 部屋は広々としています。施設は新しくありませんが、壁は真っ白です。 部屋の中に食べかすを放置していると虫が来ますが、自然の中のホテルなのでこの点はしょうがないと思います。 部屋の中に1冊のファイルがあって、部屋の使い方から、ゴミの出し方、緊急時の対処法、近隣のレストラン情報まで事細かくびっしり書かれていて（英語です）、オーナーの気遣いが感じられます。このファイルを読めば疑問点はほぼ解消されます。 タオル交換はハウスキーピングの時まではないので、毎日部屋の洗濯機＆乾燥機で服とタオルを洗いました。 食器は一式そろっています。油はなかったので、スーパーでバターを買いました。 食器用洗剤と洗濯機用洗剤ははじめ2袋置いてあります。トイレットペーパーも含め、なくなったら自分たちで購入してくださいとファイルに書いてありました。ただしハウスキーピングの時に補充してもらえました。 そのハウスキーピングは7日に1回ということでしたが、9日間滞在したので、途中の4日目でハウスキーピングをしてもらいました。 リビングの部屋のエアコンから水漏れがしていましたが、オーナーに伝えて途中で修理してもらいました。 お砂場セットがたくさん置いてあって、子どもたちは波打ち際で砂場遊びを存分に楽しみました。 また朝はビーチを散歩して、爽快な気分でした。 ファミリーがわいわい楽しむのに十分な施設でした。

正直、ガッカリでした。上層階で空いてるお部屋があったと思いますが、私たちに用意されたお部屋は、1階で見晴らしが悪く残念。隣接するホテルは、オーシャンビューのBARがあり、羨ましかったです。

タイトル通りでゲストルームは十分広く清潔で申し分ない。快適な滞在が保障されている。近くにレストランはいくつかあって外食は可能だが、レストランやロビーがあってもいい。プールは狭く利用しなかった。またビーチは波が荒く、砂が巻き上げられて海は土色だ。

金庫、洗濯機の使い方が解らず電話したらすぐに来てくれてとても親切でした。また海岸に近くロケーションはよかった、次も利用したいです。

ケアンズに長期滞在する方にお勧めできる宿泊施設です。ハワイなどでは「コンドミニアム」という言い方をすると思いますが、ホテルではなく「アパート」という形式です。家具付きの部屋貸しと考えてください。そのため、タオルやシーツの交換、部屋の清掃サービスなどは一切ありません。希望があれば１週間に１回のペースで行ってくれます。 ２つのベッドルーム、大きなリビングルーム＋キッチン、洗濯機＋乾燥機が完全に他の部屋と独立した形になっていますので、自分達のペースで自由にケアンズ生活を満喫できます。ワイヤレスインターネットも無料です。 立地は空港から、ケアンズ市内と反対側に１５分ほど車で行った、トリニティビーチという静かなエリアです。人気の高いポートダグラスよりも少し静かなところが良いと考えている人や、観光アクティビティを利用するために便利な立地を希望している人にお勧めの場所です。ちなみにポートダグラスに続く沿岸部の道は大雨による土砂崩れで通行止めになるケースがあるので、要注意です。私達が滞在中も２回通行止めで、予定変更を余儀なくされました(_ _);。 オフシーズンだったため、非常に安いレートで泊まることができました。オーストラリアは全般に宿泊施設が高いですが、こういったタイプのアパートは値段も安いので、旅慣れた人や中長期滞在をされる方にお勧めです。

The apartment was really spacious and had everything needed. Location ideal. Received really helpful suggestions at check in about local day trips.

Fantastic location for a relaxing, family-friendly holiday. Gorgeous beach views, (we went in early Oct so weather was perfect for relatively safe swimming - check signs though!) Two pools with beach/pool equipment to borrow, apartments spacious and comfy, well stocked with cooking/self catering options but you’re also spoilt for choice with delicious meals within walking distance. Although shuttle/coach transfers are available we would recommend hiring a car (in advance) if you want to explore the area, there’s so much to do- we loved a day out in Cairns and the night markets, Hartley croc park, and green island! Highly recommend, thanks Bradley and Daranee we’ll be back!

Area is nice but the beach is average

Bradley and his wife were excellent property managers. We saw wallebyes around the property. Our condo was large and wonderful. We had access to 2 pools. Across the street from the ocean. Bus stop around the corner. Dining options galore right down from our condo.

The apartment is located in a nice spot next to the beach, the apartments are spacious and comfortable. A bit dated but very clean. Only downside was that they provided 1 trash bag and expected you to buy from the nearby store if you need anymore (mentioned in their booklet as well). Same with other things they provided like sugar etc.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location! Right opposite the beach and so close to restaurants and cafes. Very clean and spacious apartment and friendly and helpful managers. Special thanks to Bradley for assisting us with tour advice and bookings. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay.. would definitely recommend and would certainly stay again!

Amazing location!! Amazing staff that were super helpful and very accommodating. Amazing room, very spacious and well kept!! Would 100% stay here!! If in the area (or even willing to travel a little further) this is a must visit!!

This place is fantastic. Everything is at your doorstep at the Roydon. Lots of great eateries, live music at the pub, the best pizzas, and larger than normal kids meals. The appointment is hugh, and clean. Great parking, and the ocean is your front garden. Love falling asleep to the crashing of the waves. There is everything you need for a fully functional kitchen along with extra touches like esky, ice bricks and picnic essentials to ensure you enjoy your stay. The beds are comfy with nice plush pillows. There are 2 swimming pools with ample seating and cover. A large bbq area equipped with oils,sauces,salt and pepper. The guy at the front desk is super friendly, efficient and informative on activities, eateries, weather etc (sorry I cant remember his nane) The kids and adults had an absolute ball. With everything being so expensive these days, its hard to find a good deal, but this little gem gives serious bang for your buck. It's an inexpensive getaway for couples and families where you have all of the comforts of home. We will definitely be back.
