スタッフは親切です。ホテル、客室、バスルームは非常に清潔です。札幌駅にも近く、中心部に位置しています。

滞在はとても快適でした。食事は素晴らしく、ビュッフェスタイルの朝食は種類も豊富で、まさに五つ星です。札幌駅までホテルからわずか10メートルとアクセスも非常に便利でした。

2024年12月にクラウンで。2025年12月に再びクラウンで、全てが非常に順調でした。

素晴らしい北海道でした。サービスに感謝します。立地も良く、部屋もとても清潔でしたが、カップルには少し狭すぎました。ありがとうございました。

駅からも近く、ホテル内にはレストランやコンビニもいくつかあります。受付階には電子レンジ、温水・冷水ディスペンサーがございます。部屋は狭すぎず、トイレも窮屈ではないのですが、防音が良くなく、隣の部屋の笑い声やテレビの音が聞こえます。スタッフは熱心で礼儀正しい

家族連れで泊まるのに良い場所です。日本の他のホテルのように狭い部屋ではなく、広々とした空間を提供しています。ベッドは快適で、バスルームもとても素敵で広く、毎日新しいアメニティが用意されています。スタッフはとても親切で、英語も話せます。ロビーのエレベーターを降りたばかりなのに、すぐに挨拶してくれました。札幌駅からもとても近く、徒歩10分です。1階にはコンビニが2軒あります。家族連れで宿泊しましたが、とても満足しています。

The location is superb as it is in the center of the city and a 5-10 minute walk from the train station (depending on luggage and weather conditions). The hotel is very businesslike, and the staff are very professional and courteous and do their very best to cater to the high volume of travelers that frequent this location. Bear in mind that the rooms are VERY tight. They fit a lot into the rooms, beds, TV, desk, bathroom, but there's not much for anything else. My wife and I could barely fit our 3 suitcases into the room and we had to constantly jump over them to get around the room.

Got the mountain view. It didn't disappoint.

Finally find this hotel on center of Sapporo, the staffs really smart and warm. My room’s on the 20th floor so I got city view with white snow everything..cool. Also the hotel has fitness facility that I want it. Wish I’ll be back again next year!

The room was good. Bathroom is perfect plus the complimentary Sleep Experience package although they ran out my requested pillow. Breakfast variety is so-so. I wish they have more sweets. My suggestion if you are in hurry be sure to queue rigt at 6 AM if you don't want wait in line.

Smiling staff was a real pleasure. Very clean room, best location.

Nice hotel located near convenience stores and JR. English speaking friendly receptionist. Overall, had a great experience in Sapporo.
