駅から歩いて10分、中心街の直ぐそば、設備が整い、清潔で、スタッフがとても親切丁寧。お忙しい中、ウロス島へのプライベートな行き方の相談に、いろいろ教えてくださり、助かりました。お勧めのホテルです。

フロントの方は、とても親切な人もいて、高山病になった時も、酸素ボンベとか心よく対応してくださいました。また、街中なので、カテドラルやレストラン、お店も多く、値段の割には、とてもおすすめです。

We stayed for 3 nights in March and it was a wonderful stay. The hotel located very close to the Plaza di Armas, many shops and restaurants but quiet area. The room was nicely decorated and well equipped. We enjoyed the breakfast with variety of breads, cakes, cheese, etc. All the people at the reception were friendly and accommodated, especially we’d like to thank to Carlos. He really cared about us when my husband was sick and that made me feel relieved when we were in trouble far away from home. We’ll definitely stay again and can’t wait for the next time!

アルマス広場やメインストリートからすぐの場所にあり、小さなプーノの街を散策するには最高の立地。フロントスタッフも感じがよい。ボトルウォーターが開栓済だったこと、客室にエアコンがないことが残念な点。

今回のペルーの旅で3か所をティエラ ビバ のホテルに宿泊しました。 部屋の広さ、設備は機能的で余分なものはありませんがシャワーの水の量などは十分でした。 スタッフの対応、清潔さ、立地についてはかなりレベルが高いように感じました。

ホテルの入り口が目立たないので、行き過ぎることもありましたが、メイン通りにも近く、アクセスが良いです。 ホテルの部屋の感じもとても良く、居心地が良いです。TVもお風呂も全く問題ありませんでした。 私は使用しませんでしたが、共用PCでは印刷もできます。 スタッフの方も親切で、また宿泊したいと思えるホテルです。

Very impressed with the hotel. Great location, minutes away from the main square and a lot of business/restaurant around. The room is very clean. It has all the necessary equipment, particularly a space heater, which is very necessary for the cold night. The people work there are super friendly and helpful. I bought some food back to the hotel. They lended me some bowls for eating the food. I had to leave in the morning to catch a bus. They know I won’t have time to eat breakfast, so they prepared me a boxed lunch. I would definitely say the service here is better than majority of hotels I have been to.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca de tiendas y restaurantes, y está a pocos pasos de la plaza principal de Puno. El personal fue atento y servicial, tanto a la llegada como a la salida. La habitación era cómoda, con una cama excelente, y la ducha estaba muy bien. El desayuno también fue muy bueno

La chambre était très bien très propres, mais ce qui a le plus retenu mon attention, c'est la gentillesse du personnel, je suis arrivé avec une voiture et comme il n'y avait pas de stationnement un gentil messieurs et venu avec moi dans ma voiture pour me montrer ou me stationner.. il avait un parapluie pour le retour a l'hôtel a pied, le resto très bien aussi
