駅から歩いて10分、中心街の直ぐそば、設備が整い、清潔で、スタッフがとても親切丁寧。お忙しい中、ウロス島へのプライベートな行き方の相談に、いろいろ教えてくださり、助かりました。お勧めのホテルです。

フロントの方は、とても親切な人もいて、高山病になった時も、酸素ボンベとか心よく対応してくださいました。また、街中なので、カテドラルやレストラン、お店も多く、値段の割には、とてもおすすめです。

We stayed for 3 nights in March and it was a wonderful stay. The hotel located very close to the Plaza di Armas, many shops and restaurants but quiet area. The room was nicely decorated and well equipped. We enjoyed the breakfast with variety of breads, cakes, cheese, etc. All the people at the reception were friendly and accommodated, especially we’d like to thank to Carlos. He really cared about us when my husband was sick and that made me feel relieved when we were in trouble far away from home. We’ll definitely stay again and can’t wait for the next time!

アルマス広場やメインストリートからすぐの場所にあり、小さなプーノの街を散策するには最高の立地。フロントスタッフも感じがよい。ボトルウォーターが開栓済だったこと、客室にエアコンがないことが残念な点。

今回のペルーの旅で3か所をティエラ ビバ のホテルに宿泊しました。 部屋の広さ、設備は機能的で余分なものはありませんがシャワーの水の量などは十分でした。 スタッフの対応、清潔さ、立地についてはかなりレベルが高いように感じました。

ホテルの入り口が目立たないので、行き過ぎることもありましたが、メイン通りにも近く、アクセスが良いです。 ホテルの部屋の感じもとても良く、居心地が良いです。TVもお風呂も全く問題ありませんでした。 私は使用しませんでしたが、共用PCでは印刷もできます。 スタッフの方も親切で、また宿泊したいと思えるホテルです。

Centralt hotell med bra frukost. Du kan beställa omelett, färskpressad juice, pannkakor, våfflor mm vid bordet. Duschen funkade bra. Någon störning då och då från nattklubben.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Rooms are nice and clean. Free bottles of water everyday. Location is great. Bring a good jacket because restaurants and bars are cold in Puno. Would recommend this hotel.

Travelers should be aware that drivers may not know how to get to the property as streets in the area are mostly pedestrian only. However, it is possible for vehicles to directly access the hotel on one street only.

Hotel muy cercano a plaza de armas, su personal muy atentos. La verdad he tenido oportunidad de quedarme en distintas localidades de peru y es muy bueno en general.

Um excelente hotel, com uma localização central, a um quarteirão da Plaza de Armas. Além disso, é muito limpo, com um bom café da manhã, camas confortáveis, um frigobar com itens gratuitos e um atendimento maravilhoso. No último dia, saímos de madrugada, e eles nos forneceram um pequeno desjejum antecipado, com sanduíches, sucos e frutas. O único aspecto negativo do hotel é que o aquecimento é feito com pequenos aparelhos portáteis e demora para esquentar o quarto.

Great offering and service quality for Puno! We didn’t expect much, but this hotel was really great especially given the price. Very nice rooms and service was excellent.

Central location, but no traffic outside so had to walk to nearby street for tour pickups. Comfortable room and bed, greeted with complimentary cookie on arrival

Very convenient location, lovely staff

Very helpful and happy staff. Hot buffet bkft with options of cooked to order. Laundry service, sent out. Since on a pedestrian only street, pick ups require some walking. The bellman came down 2 blocks to help with luggage s we arrived after dark and had trouble locating the hotel. A wonderful stay!
