イギリス滞在11日間のうち、最初の2泊で利用しました。ヒースローから鉄道・バスを使ってのハワースへの移動はなかなかの長距離でしたが、バス停からすぐのロケーションで、スムーズに到着できました。 もちろん建物は古いですが趣があり、丁寧に手入れされて清潔で、不自由は感じませんでした。階段は狭く急なので、大きな荷物を持っているなら不便かもしれません。 朝食の選択肢も多くて、選ぶのを楽しめましたし、ボリューム十分で美味しかったと思います。 オーナーやスタッフの方々も気持ち良く対応して頂けました。 周辺エリアは…ハワースは小さな所で、どうしても不便だと思います。 ハワース滞在やフットパス散策などが目的なら最適な宿だとおすすめします。

若い夫婦とお母さんががんばっている。ホテルのメインテナンス修理などを一所懸命やっていた。お嫁さんは来週にも出産とのことで、はちきれそうなお腹でした。次にいくときは可愛いベイビーが居ると思います。ロフトの部屋に泊まりましたが、荷物の上げ下ろしは少し大変。駐車場は地域の共同駐車場が少しはなれたところにあります。イギリスで始めてのドライブ旅行では駐車が悩みの種になりますので、駐車についての案内を充実すると良いと思います。

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is located at the bottom of the high street so shops are within easy walking distance, as is the Brontë museum. There is also parking available at the pub opposite for a small fee which was very handy. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We hope to return again soon.

On the second night of my stay the temperature in my room was unacceptably low by 8.30-9pm.The radiators in the room and bathroom were cold. The thermostatic valves were fully on. The landing and stairwell outside my room and the bar/restaurant area downstairs were all pleasantly warm. Seeking some help, I rang the bell in reception 4 times in the space of 10 minutes. Nobody appeared and it became apparent that there were no staff present in the building. In desperation, I rang the front door video doorbell and "Leanne" answered saying that she was not at the house and would come back. By the time I had climbed back to my room, effectively on the 3rd floor under the roof, there was a text message on my phone saying that she was 25 minutes away "at a family occasion....there is a heater at the top of the staircase behind the bannister - failing that I can ask my neighbour to come round...." I eventually found the heater. It had 2 broken feet and could not have stood up on its own. I put the feet back underneath the heater and switched it on. I texted back that the room was beginning to heat up. I turned the heater off when I went to bed. Ironically, the next morning the radiators slowly began to warm up although the room was still chilly requiring the extra heater to be turned on again. Also the matress on the bed was very saggy and uncomfortable. Despite emailing them 3 days ago I have had neither acknowledgment of my email, explanation of the issue nor an apology.

Disappointing. Room we booked changed last minute due to plumbing issues. Heating didn't work in our new room. Cold.

Character property , cozy and clean . Comfortable bed in the Secret Garden room. Great breakfast and welcoming friendly staff.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location at the bottom of main street, breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Would definately stay here again.

Arrived at 14:15 on a Sunday, The Hotel was closed, we had received no information by phone or E-mail. after several phone calls a lady who was on leave called me back to give me the pass code to enter the building and there was a key on the desk to let ourselves in, she said they were short staffed, more like non staffed!. On entering the room it wasn't the one that we were sent a picture of when booking, it looked outdated , the carpet was grubby, the tiles in the shower had mould over the grouting. We went into the dining area and all the breakfast items were left out and uncovered. We left the premises to eat and ended up driving 4 miles away as everywhere local was booked up. We went back to the Hotel around 4:30 and there were still no staff in sight, bar was closed. we decided to go home so collected our belongings and left. really disappointed as the hotel looked lovely on the pictures. Poor communication, outdated room and no staff to be seen, would not recommend!

What an amazing boutique hotel. Fabulous location at the bottom of a wonderful cobbled hill. Lovely room with comfortable bed. Perfect location. Great cooked breakfast - very tasty. Lovely lady called Janet was the welcoming waitress. We had a great chat. Couldn’t fault the place at all. We’ll return!

The place was really lovely, and had nice breakfast. Our bed was really worn out, so we didn’t sleep that well and we had some problems with the heating as well. Everthing else was really nice

Excellent location on the picturesque high street in Haworth. I had a large, lovely bedroom looking out into the countryside. I enjoyed the breakfast too.

Comfortable room, and great location.

The building itself is beautiful & situated right in the heart of where you need to be for the delights of Haworth, with a stones throw away from a gorgeous pub for dinner. The contact for the hotel is very very poor, right after we booked we’ve never had replies to our questions & upon arrival the phone kept being cut off on us continuing with the stay no one answered the phone nor our messages in time. However we felt the decor & inside whilst would be beautiful if looked after, it is running a little tired & the place could do with a very good deep clean as we found the room a little dirty in areas & some of the carpets were stained through out the building which was a bit off putting. We paid for a nicer room but was put right in the attic of the hotel and the stairs are very narrow and steep which we weren’t aware of and found it hard to carry our case up & tough on our knees. The low beams in the bathroom were also a tad scary when using the bath / loo. We found the bed majorly uncomfortable it was springy and low, we had 3 hours sleep between us & the pillows were atrocious, they were stained, flat, rock hard & the old stuffing was grey and coming out of them. The room was also very cold in the night as the heating didn’t seem to come on for long at all. We found it odd the bar area was opened up all night but there was no one actually there to buy a drink from or any life at all. The breakfast is a nice touch, prompt service & good selection. Needs some improvement.

Breakfast and staff were very nice but bedroom could do with decorating and updating a bit.

Absolutely amazing stay, the staff were wonderful, and the bedrooms were stunning. My room felt like luxury. The breakfast was delicious. The area is beautiful, and I had a wonderful visit.

Beautiful area, hotel in need of up dating very worn and tired.our room was a hotch potch of odd lamps, drawers with no bottoms Breakfast was excellent as was the service here. No towel change or bin emptied for four days!
