I stayed for five nights. The location was great, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it was also convenient for getting to tourist spots. The room was very spacious, and I was able to spend each day comfortably in a very clean room.

地下１階ドアマンは二人で喋ることに夢中で少し不快だったが、同階の受付女性の対応は素晴らしかった。部屋はとても清潔で備品も申し分なかった。

スタッフの対応が良い。 快適に過ごせました。

廊下やロビーで極端に狭い。 部屋は広くて、特にバスルームは広くて快適。 近くにはレストランや気の利いたお店が多くてロケーションはとても良い。

初めての夫婦二人でのバンクーバー旅行。 ダウンタウンのほぼ中心にあり、ウオーターフロント、ギャスタウン、イングリッシュベイも徒歩圏内、ロブソン通りにもすぐ近く、本当に便利な場所にあり、おかげさまで 存分にバンクーバー滞在をENJOYできました！

初めて宿泊しました。ダウンタウン中心部にあり、どこへ行くにも勝手が良かったです。施設も綺麗でジム、プールは使い放題でした。ルームサービスも美味しくて何度も利用しました。バンクーバーへ行く時はまた利用したいと思います。お世話になりました。

バラード駅からわずかの距離で大変便利な立地条件です。部屋は清潔で全てのアメニティがそろっています。シャンプー他ロクシタンで統一されていました。スタッフは皆とても親切です。 バンクーバーの街自体がとても優しい印象で、シュングリラは街の雰囲気を象徴している気がしました。 改装中との事でレストランが使えず残念でしたが次回を楽しみにしております。

立地も良くお部屋も清潔で、設備も整っており、安心して滞在出来ました。無料でアップグレードもして頂けました。

チェックイン時の男性の感じが悪かった。 一階で子供のオムツ交換するため共用トイレを借りる際も感じが悪かった。 シーツに穴が空いていた。 シャワーヘッドの横から水漏れしていて、勢いも弱い。 夏でしたが少し冷たかったですがプールとジャグジーは楽しめました。 清掃の人、プールのバーの人、レストランの人は対応も感じも良かった。 ビルに囲まれ景色はイマイチですが立地は最高でした。

Great hotel, ammenities were top shelf

Reception in L1 on Saturdays @7:30pm, was very rude and aggressive when approaching us to make us aware of the rules of the lobby. We had our husbands drinking an alcoholic drink again unaware of the rules of the hotel. Immediately our husband's dispossessed their drink. She even called security. We felt discriminatied as we sat there waiting for our dinner reservations. She approached everyone who looked to be her same nationality with such pleasure and made us feel completely like outsiders. We definitely DO not plan to return to this hotel. We are high educated individuals that hold high ends roles in the business world and will share with our colleagues.

Outstanding service with an outstanding concierge with clefs, in a Michelin recommended hotel. Many details of the room are well thought through.

Very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very warm and considerate, which made it a wonderful Christmas for me and my family!
