She truly embodies the spirit of five-star service. A special thank you as well to Adel, the Chief Concierge, whose deep knowledge, generosity, and kindness made our experience even more memorable. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, local tips, or last-minute arrangements, Adel handled everything with elegance and efficiency. The entire team at the Mövenpick made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout our stay. From the pristine rooms to the delicious breakfast and the peaceful atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return and recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. Nice room but we had a little issue with the pool area closed for a day for a wedding with just a little note at the Spa! But the manager was really helpful and comprehensive and offer us a discount as we had 1 day with no pool on only 3 days

Tolles Hotel in traumhafter Lage Das Hotel liegt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung – ideal zum Entspannen und Genießen. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt – ich komme gerne wieder!

Je n'ai jamais obtenu de réponse à mon courriel : je blame Expedia et l'hôtel. C'est ma seconde expérience qui ne fonctionne pas avec Expedia. En effet, en juin j'ai eu des problèmes tant avec American Airline et MGM Grand Hotel et Expedia s'en est lavé les mains. Vous n'êtes pas de service et je ne colpte pas faire affaire avec vous dans l'avenir.
