部屋は最上階にあったため、屋根の傾斜があって、天井が低い部分があった。しかし、一人だったので、広々と過ごせた。電気が少ないので、昼間は窓からの光があって明るいが、夜は暗かった。特に、シャワールームは暗かった。 冷蔵庫やケトルがある場所の扉がかなり硬く、壊してしまうのではないかと心配になった。 アクセス面では、プラハ中央駅から歩くと少し遠い印象。坂はないが、石畳の部分があってスーツケースは運びづらい。トラムでもアクセスできるので、利用しても良いと思う。 朝食はパンの種類多め、注文でパンケーキやクレープ、オムレツも食べれる（追加料金なし）

近くにはメトロの駅もあり、スーパーも２つありました。部屋もバスタブがあり快適です。旧市街にも歩いていけます。また、フロントのスタッフはどの人も笑顔で優しく対応してくれます。毎日タオルやシーツも交換してくれるので気持ちがいいです。朝食のオムレツが好きでした。周囲も静かです。ただ、ドアが薄いのか廊下で誰かが話していると話がまる聞こえです。冷蔵庫の場所がわかりくくくて初日は見つけられませんでしたが、それ以外は完璧でした！プラハに行ったらまた泊まりたいと思えるホテルです。

親切なスタッフ、おしゃれで広い部屋、美味しい朝食に大満足。大通りに面してないので非常に静かなのもいい。旧市街の主要スポット徒歩圏内。素晴らしい。言うことなし。

地下鉄、トラムの駅からも近く、フロントの方も親切でした。

23時ごろに到着したにもかかわらず、丁寧な施設説明、市内観光ポイントなどしてもらった。小規模なホテルだが、ブレックファーストが充実。注文で、オムレツや卵料理を無料で味わえる。果物がフレッシュ。部屋の掃除は行き届き、wifiも無料で通じる。ホテルライフではなく、拠点にして動くにはありがたい存在。周辺にレストラン、ブテック、様々なコンサルもフロントで対応してくれる。

空港からホテルまでの送迎。 ホテルから１５分の所に時計台、そこから更に１５分の所にカレル橋と歩くにも丁度いい距離にあります。 特に気に入ったのが、イングリッシュブレックファストが１日中食べれること。 パン、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、注文後作ってくれる卵料理とパンケーキとフレンチトースト。 とてもおいしい朝ごはんが旅行中支えてくれました。

Air conditioning did not work in our room, the staff solution was providing fans. VERY BAD.

Excellent hotel. Very spacious and quiet, and well-located to so many attractions in Prague. The only room for suggestion is to enable a lower temperature setting with the air conditioning system.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Prag. Das Hotel hatte für uns eine super Lage, das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und im Zimmer war es trotz Fenster zur Straße sehr ruhig. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Manche Räume (Lobby, Badezimmer) sind sehr dunkel gehalten. Uns persönlich hätte es heller und freundlicher besser gefallen. Da wir aber meist in der Stadt unterwegs waren, hat uns das kaum gestört.

We had a wonderful stay at ICON Hotel. The room was very spacious and clean, and the location near Wenceslas Square made it easy to reach everything we wanted to see. The breakfast was also great, with a nice spread to start the day. The only drawback was the temperature: since we visited in summer, the room ran quite hot, and the air conditioning was not powerful enough to keep up, so we ended up using a fan to stay comfortable. If not for that one issue, this would easily have been a five-star stay. We would still recommend ICON Hotel and would consider staying again.

Clean room, nice location. The air con wasn’t so effective as it was very hot and we had a room under the roof on the south side. But the staff were very helpful in getting us a fan. Breakfast was super. Overall excellent hotel.

La estancia de tres noches en el hotel no fue lo esperado. Empiezo por dos cosas muy buenas: gran ubicación, zona comercial con todo cerca y muy tranquila y el personal que fue muy atento y amable. Lo malo: el día que llegamos fue algo caluroso y la habitación estaba por lo menos a 25 grados y no pudimos poner el aire acondicionado. Nos informaron que en esos meses no se prendía el aire acondicionado central del hotel y no tendríamos aire acondicionado en la habitación, no ese día ni ningún otro. Tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta dos días, por suerte el tercer día fue muy frío y no fue necesario. El otro incidente fue que el día de nuestra salida, levantados a las 6 am para tomar un vuelo vimos que no salía agua caliente en la ducha. No había tiempo para solicitar una solución y tuvimos que ducharnos con agua muy fría, algo muy desagradable. Por último, el desayuno era un tanto limitado en su variedad.

Great Hotel close to all the imortant areas in Praha

We stayed three nights at the Icon in April 2026. Upon arriving, we had been upgraded to a junior suite. The room was cleaned every day, and a full breakfast buffet was included. We appreciated the location, which is about a 13-minute walk from the train station and walkable to all the main tourist sites. The staff were great, especially Eddie, in giving recommendations for restaurants and walking directions.

Positiivinen kokemus. Siisteys huippua, henkilökunta todella miellyttäviä henkilöitä, sijainti erinomainen, aamiainen todella hyvä, ilmastointi ei tällä viikolla toiminut. Ilmastoinnin korvasi 2 avattavaa ikkunaa iltaisin, mutta yöllä ilman peittoa.

purtroppo ho trovato ancora la stanza molto calda senza possibilità di regolare la temperatura, ho dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta. per il resto tutto bene, personale molto gentile
