とても良かった。 良い点、 1)部屋は広く明るく、暖かかった。 2)オーナーはとても親切だった。 重い荷物も部屋まで運んでくれた。 電球が切れていたので言ったらすぐ交換してくれた。 いつも会うといろいろ話しかけてくれた。 3)朝ごはんは8時から10時までで、イングリッシュブラックファスト、オムレツ、エッグベネディクト、ともう一つ忘れましたが、の4種類から好きに選べるだけでなく、ミックスしたり追加できたりした。 他にもフルーツやシリアル、パンやヨーグルトなどもあり、評判通り美味しかった 4)周りは静かだった。 いまいちだったところ。 1)エレベーターがない。これは知っていたので別に困らなかった。 2)シャワーの水圧が弱かった。これはほとんどのイーストボーン のホテルと同じ問題である。海辺なので水圧は弱いそうです。 でもバスタブはあったので、ゆっくりできた。 その他、 ベッドは私にはちょうどの硬さだったが、人によっては若干固く感じるかも。

From the moment we walked in the door we were amazed at how lovely this hotel was. We were greeted by our hosts who were so friendly and helpful and showed us to our room. We had one of the two attic rooms. The room was immaculate, well decorated and so clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom again was really clean and fresh and my husband who rates rooms by their showers was really happy. There was tea and coffee as would be expected but biscuits and a very scrummy chocolate marshmallow was also provided. Bottled water too ( we usually take our own so this was good to know for future reference). The room also had its own ironing board and iron and also hairdryer. We also noted a fan should the weather be hot. For breaksfast (which was included) there was a choice of pastries, yoghurts,cereals, fruit as well as traditional breakfasts. The traditional cooked breakfast was delicious. My husband had this and I had the vegetarian option which was equally delicious. We can't praise our hosts enough. The whole stay (albeit only one night as we were seeing a show and didnt want to drive home late at night) was brilliant and we will definitely be staying there again and will definitely recomend it to our friends and family. This is one of the nicest places that we have stayed at in Eastbourne. Loved the beautiful room and amazing breakfast. An absolute treat for our last day before returning back home to Canada. Owners are so lovely and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Beautiful accommodation. Easily walkable to everywhere with the bonus of parking. Fantastic, big room (10). Lovely decor very large comfy bed. Lovely toiletries. And obviously, the free standing bath to relax in. Breakfast was really good. Cooked too perfection. Best poached eggs ever. Thank you both, there's nothing negative to say. We would absolutely recommend it.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ravilious. The hotel is lovely, well located, the room was expertly decorated, very comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast was excellent as well and the hosts gracious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly folks, very hospital, great place to stay, they realy mak you feel welcome. When in Eastbourne, please go there!

Contact with the hotel prior to our stay was helpful, resolving an issue. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were helped with our luggage. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast menu had a good variety and breakfast was nicely cooked. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly return.

It was lovely, unsurprisingly sleeping in a different bed, there was some trouble sleeping, but the room, hotel, breakfast, owners, were all great.

Liked everything about this property and the staff were very helpful.

When you see reviews that say 10/10 Exceptional, half of you doesn't quite believe, the sceptic in me certainly didn't. But I was blown away by this hotel. Chris and Caroline were exceptionally friendly, the Hawkstone beer was a treat and breakfast was superb. The hotel was immaculate and Ideally located for town. Perfect. My only disappointment was that they are fully booked for when I return in September.

Lovely place run by a lovely couple. Cleanest hotel we have stayed in. Service was excellent aswell. Cant really fault anything.

We had a fantastic stay at Ravilious – Chris and Caroline are warm, welcoming and helpful hosts. It was the perfect base for exploring Eastbourne and the surrounding countryside. Our room was spotlessly clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Breakfasts were outstanding with so much choice, including vegetarian options, and all beautifully prepared and delicious. We also really appreciated the local restaurant recommendations, which were spot on. We would highly recommend a stay here and hope to visit again soon.
