Generally very good. I would stay again. Steam room and hot tub were only working half the time.

The hotel is located in the outskirts of the city, but it is an easy 15 minute walk. The hotel has parking garage. Good breakfast.

Azoris Royal Garden offered us exactly what we wanted for our visit to the Azores. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. After a long day touring the swimming pool and hot tub were a welcome sight. We took the Breakfast option and it was excellent. Lots of different foods to chose from and a beautiful dining room. The location was an easy walk to centre of Ponta Delgada and to many good restaurants. The check in and check out was very smooth .

Though stayed a short day at this hotel, we absolutely loved it. The hotel was very clean, the food options were great, tasty, and overall really good choice and variety. This hotel is super clean, we never had any issues with the room. We also enjoy the very easy parking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I am sure I will be returning to this one again in the future. Good job and thank you Azoris Royal Garden.

Das Hotel war mit 5 sterne angegeben, was diese nicht erfüllt. Das hotel ist in die jahre gekommen, sehr begrenzte speiseauswahl beim Frühstück und mittags/Abendzeit A la carte Kein Deutsches Fernsehen vorhanden, was schade für deutsche Urlauber ist. Freundliches und hilfsbereites personal ist vorhanden. Man ist gezwungen in der garage ein stelplatz anzumieten für leihwagen, da es vor dem hotel kaum bis garkeine parkmöglichkeiten gibt.

El hotel está muy bien. Nuevo, comodo y bonito. Bien ubicado. El desayuno excelente. Recomendable. La piscina cubierta esta bien, el spa es sencillo, dolo un jacuzzi para unas 6 persinas, no hay mas. No sexpuede considerar spa. Nobhsy chorros en la piscina.... pero hay sauna.

For a supposedly high-quality hotel, they do a poor job of keeping noisy guests quiet. On the inner-facing courtyard, which consists of most of the rooms, it was noisy until 3 a.m. every night. Also, the walls are thinner than should be the case in a hotel such as this. I could here everything my neighbors said and did. The pools, steam room and sauna are great. breakfast ia great, bar serves decent food late, general ambiance very good. parking free with premium room or with non-premium only with direct booking, otherwise 9 euros per day. Some noise from airplanes in the morning. If you are noise-sensitive, stay elsewhere.

I had a wonderful stay at Azoris Garden. The service was excellent, the facilities were impeccable, and the overall experience was truly five-star. The only suggestion I have is to ensure that room descriptions are more specific. For couples, it’s important that the room includes a proper double bed to avoid confusion. Thank you for the great hospitality! I would definitely recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again.

Overall I’ve got a pleasant experience, but there are a couple of points to highlight: 1. The pool needs renovation, it’s also too small to accommodate all guests 2. As soon as there are more people at breakfast, the personnel cannot keep up anymore 3. You have to remind the cleaning staff to make up your room, otherwise their service is very random
