Quite room, good breakfast, good position, can store the luggage after checking out.

All very good except parking but thats unfortunately how Llandudno managec to.get spaces had a lovely few days would definitely go back to that hotel and the proprietor Mark was very helpful Thankyou .

This hidden gem within the row of accommodation, was a great find. A warm welcome, to a beautiful establishment, very homely, clean and very well loved. The room we had, well furnished and very clean. The breakfast was very nice too. If you had any needs I am sure they would be well catered for, all you had to do was ask. If we were to go back to Llandudno, we would definitely return, as the location, was great too. We were lucky to gain a parking space at the rear but this is limited, as it throughout the town.

Fabulous bed and breakfast with friendly host, clean rooms, comfy bed, great breakfast and fabulous location so close to the pier and prom, could even see the sea from my window! Ideal location for the prom, pier, Great Orme Tramway, Happy Valley Botanical Gardens and shops, all under 5 minutes walk. Happy to recommend. Thank you. Just the relaxing break I needed!

Nothing was too much and everything was thought about , a lovely hotel with special touches to make your visit enjoyable

Almost perfect. Just a small mechanical error with the shower rendering it unusable. Other than this, comfortable, warm, quiet and very friendly. Cheap drinks available in the lounge with COMFY sofas. Drinks were limited but kept that way to allow for the price. Breakfast was DIVINE!

Lytnon house is a lovely B&B to stay.The accommodation is of a very high standard.It is spotlessly clean.The breakfast is very good with plenty of choice and cooked fresh to your individual requirements. The hosts are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Its ideally situated for a stay in Llandudno which has a lot to offer.

If you are considering going to Llandudno you won’t regret staying at Lynton House. Sheradan & Mark are amazing hosts to their B&B. The breakfast is amazing! We are truly spoiled having visited this B&B. You are steps away from The Pier, restaurants just across and down the street. Extremely walkable as long as you don’t have mobility issues. Llandudno has a lot of steep hills so mobility is the community, not the B&B. If mobility issues be aware several flights of stairs to rooms but ask to be on lower floor. Room was clean, comfortable and hosts are so friendly. Patio out front and common areas very enjoyable. So happy we stayed here. Very special place we will be recommending

A fantastic 3 day stay. We stayed in room 14 which has a beautiful view of The Orme and a lovely whirlpool bath. The hosts are attentive and very friendly and provide a fantastic breakfast and a lovely, competitively priced honesty bar in a wonderful, homely lounge.

The reviews were underrated, it’s a really really clean comfortable and relaxing house , the host , I don’t know her name , she is really really friendly and wonderful person, the breakfast is unbelievable good , must book again , infact when I was there , a guest came back to stay because it’s was a great place to stay .
