基本的に問題ありませんでした。一緒に別な部屋に泊まった人はベッドメークがされていない日があったとのことです。

I liked the room size

Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Great location, check-in process was pretty slow. Nice hotel.

Was a bit concerned about our walk back at night from Gainbridge. Prob looking for something closer next time

Very run down and gritty part of town.

Just wasn't the cleanest. And the restaurant that was supposed to be open at night wasn't, not even to get drinks.

Great getaway. The matress was beyond comfortable and I got a much needed good night sleep.

Great location, and while the rate was high due to the event occurring that weekend, it was great stay, with no issues.

Got there late after calling to be surecwe dtill had room reaerved. We did, but nobody was at drsk to check us in. Called the desk a couple times til young woman came and checked us in. She left again shortly thereafter, so I didnt get complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste. The breakfast area was cramped without enough tables because the back area of chairs and tables was closed. People were coughing in close quarters near food. The room was fine.

Overall this property is a good value. Walking distance from downtown Indianapolis and hot breakfast included are some of the benefits. I would go there again.

Breakfast area is too small; guests are looking into each other eyes to find a free space to sit down. There is plenty of dining space right behind it, but the personnel do not open it for some reason. Handing tickets to the personnel while you are trying to catch a free table and fill your coffee and plate is a mess.

The best front desk staff, especially Audrey and Conner.
