I stayed again. It was so good again. Nice staff, nice rooms.

とてもいい滞在になりました。今回の目的は、クリスマスビレッジでしたが、ホテルから約20分で行くことができました。高速道路の入り口がホテルの部屋からも見えるほど近くにあり、どこへ行くにも非常に便利です。フロントのスタッフはとても親切で、丁寧に対応してくれました。部屋も清潔で、きれいに整えられていました。冷蔵庫がフルサイズで、自動で氷が作られるタイプだったので、とても重宝しました。バスルームも広くて使いやすかったです。レディングに行く機会があれば、必ずまた利用したいです。

Carpet was not clean and there was a foul smell

I could not think of anything to make this better. It was our first time staying here. We will be staying again.

Room was damp smelling and the bed felt damp too. Hotel was dingy and dark. Not worth 148.00

My only concern with this hotel is the lack of lobby staff in the afternoon / evening hours. We were able to come and go quite frequently without interacting with anyone. Perhaps the lobby was being monitored remotely but there was no sign to that effect. Also we seemed to have stayed at a very quiet time which may have been the reason

Great

A good value for the money. More amenities than we needed for one night. Comfortable. Room had a musty smell on entering but I switched the hvac to AC from heat and it was a little better.

Love the hotel very clean and the fact they gave us a room with a kitchen and all the things you need I was impressed

We had a long trip and were so thankful they were able to let us check in early with our dog. Much appreciated!

We stayed two nights and never had hot water.

No issues with the front desk, it was just dirty, even the walls were nasty in the room. I walked in to a stained chair on the right side of the bed. I felt it was so dirty that we had to sleep with blankets from the car instead of the sheets. The worst part was the noise, we were at the corner of the building and all we continued to hear was the door slamming shut. I couldn’t sleep well, I complained on Expedia for at least a partial refund from the hotel due to the inconvenience of everything and it was denied because I didn’t make any complaints when I was there. First off, the hotel was completely booked per front desk. Second, I’m not trying to move all my belongings to another hotel and pay even more money on top of that so I wasn’t trying to complain while I was trying to just relax as I was out of town. Also, housekeeping only comes once a week (sketchy). What a bad way to start my experience of reading PA which was not a bad city at all.

Clean and affordable.

Stayed there once a year 3 days at time. The place has gone down hill. Never will we stay there again

No breakfast, uncomfortable bed, poor lighting throughout. It just gave me this dreary feeling from the moment i walked in the door. The service wasnt bad and the place wasnt dirty it was just very meh.

Nice stay

Local bar and grill across the street had great food and over 300 types of beer for purchase with a changing 18 kinds of draft. Room had coffee machine, but the fresh ground in the lobby was better. You can sign out appliances and gadgets from a locker in tbe lobby. Meet and great on Meatball Monday. Lots of free parking.No breackfast so go to Walmart for supplies, 5 miles away.

It was a nice quiet get-a-way for me. It was so quiet I was surprised to learn that ALL the rooms were occupied.
