The room was enough good for me. There was an iron in the room. It is very nice for business person especially. I enjoyed buffet style breakfas. There was various kind of food and drink.

Very comfortable to stay, but the room was too dark due to indirect lighting.

The bathroom was very much rundown with a broken shower and it didn't feel clean. I also requested a disabled access room which was not honoured.

Breakfast was amazing, Room is gorgeous, bed was soft and comfy and staff were very helpful and friendly. A+ service

The room was really clean, the staff were really nice and helpful, while I didn’t eat here the bar and dining area were super clean and looked beautiful. The whole place was decorated really nicely. In my room they even had a chair that was big enough for me to comfortably sit in which is rare given that I’m morbidly obese so it was a very pleasant surprise. Finally to say that I got the BEST night sleep of my life here is an understatement, when they say they have blackout curtains they mean it - I woke up at mid day and briefly couldn’t figure out if it was day or night. I will ABSOLUTELY be staying here again when I’m next staying in Peterborough.

Empty toilet roll in holder but apart from that everything was good and clean. Nice room with plenty of space. Aircon was not working it would not turn on. Safe in room is a nice touch, but sadly no fridge. Shame really as the room deserves one. Nice quality black out curtains. Staff are excellent! Overall for the price i paid it was well worth the money. I have stayed many times and will be back soon.

The room was clean and spacious for the price we paid. There has been a bit of a refresh done within the last couple of years which is nice. Over the last two visits I've had it feels like the quality of the breakfast has slipped a bit though which is a shame.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, extra pillow if you need (I do), good breakfast, kind of close to the Train station.

When I checked in I requested an early call at 03H00 as I had an early train. The call wasn't booked, but fortunately I set the alarm on my phone. Had I missed this train I would also have missed the Eurostar to Lille, France. That would have incurred a lot of expense. Not being over familiar with hotels I inadvertently tugged the emergency cord in my room. In a VERY short time a male member of staff was at my door to check on me. This impressed me. What DIDN'T impress me was that the alarm couldn't be turned off, the same staff member had to contact maintenance. Lastly, the phone in my room was faulty/inoperative. It rang, I answered. Nothing, the same member of staff told me that he could hear me but I obviously couldn't hear him. Finally, I visited the restaurant. On being given a menu I was told that the only starter available was jalapeno cheese balls, but the sauce that accompanied them was ALSO unavailable! All in all, not a brilliant experience and one I'm not in a hurry to repeat. I don't feel I got value for my sixty odd pounds.

A very friendly welcome to a comfortable hotel. The room was quiet and well equipped. An excellent evening meal and breakfast.

Staff was lovely and very helpful, room was very spacious and we had everything we needed. The shower was a bit dribbly and the funtion button seemed to be broken. The toilet was quite stained and not very appealing and we were unfortunate to be nextdoor to a very drunk couple who argued loudly and made up very loudly until 2am at least. The connecting doors should be for people who know each other, i feel.... or sound proofed. Was a very restless evening.

This was a group booking for nine people. There were no problems with any of the rooms, which were very clean and well maintained. We arrived early and were told there would be no problem parking in the free car park and storing bags in the store room until check-in time. My friend was also able to charge his electric car in the car park. Check-in itself was very easy. We added breakfast on after not including it in the booking originall. Breakfast was really good, with lots of choice, plenty of places to sit and everything immaculately presented. Would definitely return here again. Really good value and great location.

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Pleasant staff, good location.

The room was decent, I upgraded to Superior which should include robe and slippers. The robes were there, but no slippers. There was a distinct smell of drains in the room which I mentioned to the reception staff who said he would get it "freshened up." Another member of staff told us at checkout that it is a problem they are constantly complaining to the council about but nothing gets done.
