すべて期待以上。従業員のホスピタリティは最高で、日本の５つ星ホテル以上かもしれない。プライベートプールは太平洋を臨み、とても広く気持ちいい。ロビーも太平洋が見える開放感あふれる作りで、常に無料のリフレッシュメントがあり、時間帯によってコーヒー、アイスティー、チアシードジュースなど変わる。部屋は太平洋に面した部屋にしました。とても広く、清潔で気持ちよい。バルコニーには小さいけれど太平洋が見えるプライベートプールがついている。また、素敵な瓶に入ったテキーラが一本と、毎日グアカモレとトルティーヤとコロナが無料で提供される。冷蔵庫のコーラや水、ジュースは飲み放題で、毎日補充される。

街の中心からすぐなのに山の反対側にあり別世界でした。スタッフの方の気遣いも細やかで、ずっとホテルでのんびりしていたくなる素敵なリゾートでした。

高級感のある快適な部屋ももちろん素晴らしかったですが、何よりも隅々まで行き届いた細やかなサービスに感動しました。ホテルの外から帰ってくると、スタッフさんが「おかえりなさい」と笑顔で冷たい水を差し出しながら迎えてくださり、ルームナンバーや名前を告げなくてもサッと部屋までカートに乗せて送ってくださったり、タクシーでホテルから出掛ける時には先に料金を教えてくださったり。どれもさり気なく行われますが、徹底されたプロフェッショナルなサービスだと感じました。 敷地内は喧騒から隔離されていて、海と繋がっているように見える美しいプールのベンチに座っていると、ずっとこのまま過ごしていたいという気持ちになります。

This place is heaven on earth! An amazing get away that has staff and service that are impeccable! The grounds are beautiful, the food exquisite and the accommodations are over the top! We extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave. This is a MUST visit destination.

Our first experience at a Waldorf and it was exceptional. The staff was extremely helpful. The concierge helped us plan a sunset cruise, desert ATV tour, and secure a reservation at their exclusive El Farallon restaurant. We stayed in the Dos Mares suite which had two balconies overlooking the Pacific. You could hear the waves crashing onshore all the time even though we were four stories above the shore. Our room was cleaned daily to include fresh bedding. Turn down service included complimentary beer. Our fridge was stocked with complimentary bottled water, juice, and sparkling water daily. All the food was good. The resort is a 5 minute walk from downtown Cabo. Highly recommend you choose this resort for your Cabo trip.

Waldorf Astoria in Cabo is the top reason for us to come back and visit nearly every year. The hotel location is perfect for the best ocean views and super close to other businesses and restaurants as well as the Marina. All the staffs are super helpful and knowledgeable. The room service and my personal concierge did pay attention to detail to every single thing that I like, ex : I like Jack and coke so they always make sure my ice bucket is full and my cup ready every night without me asking for me. They would coordinate every single things that I need, from transportation to tours to restaurant and make sure I get back to the airport on time. So far, this is the best hotel.

No beach to swim in

Beautiful property. Wonderful views of the water. Super friendly service. The restaurant El Farralon was incredible - both for atmosphere and food. Loved our private plunge pool. Gym is pretty large and well stacked with equipment.
