インドらしい趣を残した素敵なホテル

自分では二つの部屋に泊まり、友人の部屋を三つ見ました。 部屋によって、当たり外れがあると感じます。 特に、入り口のレストランに近い道路側の部屋（一階でスタンダードルームでした）は、うるさいし、部屋の中もしょぼいし、バスルームは暗いし最悪でした。 もう一つのグレード高い部屋に移らなかったら、ホテルの評価自体、低かったですね。 ホテル全体のインテリアや雰囲気はおしゃれで素敵です。 上の階にあるグジャラートターリーのレストランも美味しかったです。 フロントの対応は良くもありませんが、怒るほどでもありません。

It was a pleasant stay overall. Only one pity thing is there was no smile of front desk person. Even no thank you or apology when I claimed of food quality (details were only shared to that person to protect the hotels fame). She just said "no issue" to our serious complaints. I hope she really understood and shared our message to management.... But other than that food incident and staffs attitude, we fully been satisfied by all their hospitality and facility.

Individuell und stilvoll eingerichtete Heritage Location und überwiegend sehr freundliche Staff. Geräumige Zimmer. Es sollte zur besseren Einstimmung aber dargestellt werden, dass die großen Fensterfronten der Räume überhaupt keinen Ausblick bieten, sondern komplett von Rolläden verschlossen sein müssen, da sie auf Lobby und Innenräume stoßen. Weiterhin existierte das „inbegriffene GROSSE Frühstück“ nur am ersten von vier Tagen. An den anderen Tagen gab’s ein schwerfällig bedientes Frühstück à la carte, das qualitativ unter dem Durchschnitt für die Hotelkategorie lag. Das Rooftop Restaurant ist schön, aber im Vergleich zu hochpreisig.

This hotel is an asset! It has only a few rooms, each individually equipped. The house is full of little detailed art. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly.

This hotel is exceptional - and they treat you as if it was your home. Everyone went out of their way and had such a good attitude. Do not miss the restaurant at the top of the hotel on the terrace.

the AC was not working properly at all and this kind of heat the entire experience got diluted.. could not achieve a good outcome for my gift i gave to my sister.
