清潔で、部屋にはバスタブがあり、リラックスできてよかった。部屋の広さもOK 静かだった。

街からほんの少し歩く分静かなロケーションでした。ツアーバスの乗り場も徒歩圏内なので便利でした。部屋は広く設備も快適でした。クーラーはなく小型扇風機がありました。8月中旬の滞在中外は寒いくらいで、冷房の必要はありませんでした。朝ごはんのバイキングも充実していて、パンケーキなどのホットディッシュは、オーダーすれば作ってくれるシステムでした。

中心部のショップ・ストリートからも歩いて5分程度で便利なところにありますが、周りは静かなところなので落ち着いてゆったり過ごせます。レストランやバーもおしゃれです。 裏に駐車場もあり。駐車場から車を出す時は、フロントで駐車券を処理してもらってからでないと出せません。（宿泊者は無料）

ちょっと街中から離れてますが、雰囲気のあるホテルでした！ ちょっと見た目は古いですが、リノベーションされてます(^^ゞ

繁華街から5分ほどの距離。静かで立地は良かった。朝食がついており、内容は良かったが、5泊とも同じ内容なので少し飽きたのが残念。フロントなどの対応は非常に親切で良かった。

This is a really nice Hotel in a great location just a short walk into the centre of Galway. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The rooms was some how ok but the window was rattling and the fan i the bathroom was like an air plan getting off. So we didn’t get much sleep The breakfast was not worth the money.

Comfortable enough but a bit tired. Nice veggie food in restaurant and good breakfasts. Close to town and station.

No views from the rooms as on a strange corner, corridors to rooms resemble something from a horror movie, dark and long!! Roadside rooms are noisy.

Needs new Managment. Place was fine but could be so much better especially the bar and restaurant.

Very nice property central to Galway. Staff were very helpful and breakfast buffet was very tasty and servers very attentive. Close to shopping and pubs.

This was a great location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. Super convenient. I thought the toilet was not flushing properly and the guy at the desk told me he thought I was being “too nice” to it, LOL, and explained how to pull it forcefully, and said I was not the first American to have problems! He was quite perplexed and surprised to hear it is not the same at US hotels! All the staff were great.

Did not get the breakfast but the room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the tea kettle and chocolates. The shower pressure was good. Only problem was that housekeeping was cleaning rooms very early and it woke us up early, but the front desk staff said he would let the manager know and compensated us for our trouble, which was terrific customer service. I would recommend this hotel based on quality and proximity of Latin Quarter

Clean, staff was very friendly and informative. I thought it was a great location 5-6 min walk to most of things we were doing.. Beds were amazing! Slept well after a long day of exploring. Would definitely recommend

We booked this location because it was so close to the dock to catch the ferry to Inishmore. Very comfortable room & bed. Short walk to the dock.

Beautiful property. Disappointed we were unable to enjoy the spa amenity. Definitely will do next trip!
