スロベニアの短い海岸線に立地するリゾートエリア・ポルトロージュの中心的なホテル。外観は素晴らしく海側の部屋は狭いながらもベランダを備え夕暮れ時の眺めはリゾート気分を盛り上げてくれます。 車でのアクセスだったのでドアマンに気分よく迎えられ、椅子に座っての個別チェックインも気持ちの良いものでした。唯一満点を付けられなかったのは、部屋の広さ。角部屋であったのですが、３人利用でエキストラベッドが入っていたため、余裕のない感じがありました。今回は２週間の旅行期間に広めの部屋がほとんどだったため、余計狭く感じられたようです。 しかし、バス・トイレは十分なスペースが確保されていて、アメニティは充実してました。ミニバーの内容も十分。夕食はホテルレストランを利用せずとも目の前のビーチに沢山のCafeやレストランが並んでおり、好きな種類の料理を選択することができます。ホテルでの朝食は贅沢な雰囲気の中でゆっくりとることができました。周辺の観光地へも近く特にPiranを訪れるには利便性が高いと思います。車利用だと５分程度でした。 今回は日程の都合で短い滞在であったことは心残りでした。

なかなか良いホテルでした。メーンストリートの海側ではなく、山側にあることだけが、残念でした（海が見えにくいので）。朝ごはんも優雅に食べられます（スモークサーモン食べ放題）。屋内・屋外プールも使いやすく、ゆったりできました。バスターミナルも近いし、スーパーも近くにあり、立地も便利でした。

Very clean room and friendly staff

Excellent hotel, great location excellent room, we stayed in suite 222 three balconies with a sea view. Rented the e bikes a few days in a row and really enjoyed the trails from Piran to isola and further. Would stay again

During our stay the air conditioner in our room started dripping around the time we went to sleep. It dripped all night, which made for a very poor night’s sleep. We put towels down to catch the water and were very concerned about slipping on the bathroom floor in the middle of the night. When reported to hotel staff in the morning they did not seem surprised and offered no compensation for the inconvenience which was disappointing.

Too many dogs in the hotel. Dogs are everywhere. In the restaurant, at breakfast. Dog pee and dog s*** at the hotel and at the hotel beach.

A great location and freindly vibe.

Riktigt bra hotell, som Kempinski brukar vara. Saltvattenpoolen var härlig, maten vid poolen och på restaurangen förstklassig och servicen toppen!

Everything was excellent except one little thing but means a lot to us . They offered to take us to the next town that was 5 minutes driving, and to have dinner there but when we checked out today, i see extra charge of 20 euros for that ride that I never had before at any 5 star hotel. Also their sewer was very old and smells. Also the water is not going down the pipeline and the shower temperature is changing from hot to cold when taking bath

We enjoyed Kempinski a lot because the staff were helpful and friendly and it was across the street from a swim beach which although it was quite packed, Hotel Kempinski had its own lounge chairs, etc. Fast and efficient shuttle or taxi service to Piran.

Asked to upgrade at check in and was told I could not upgrade. Front desk check in was not a pleasant experience. No welcome drink no explanation of bike rentals. Hotel is beautiful great location but we didn’t spent an extra dollar in the hotel because of the check in experience. Construction across the street starts at 7:00 am. Stay somewhere else

Great experience. Helpful and accommodating staff. Function and spacious room. Great ammenties. I am a returning customer and will come back again.

From the moment we checked in to the overall time we spent at the hotel, every single person welcomed us warmly and treated us well. Adrian checked us in and very thoroughly gave an overview of our expectations, the Concierge spend a lot of time making sure that we could maximize our time, the breakfast host was very welcoming. The hotel is in a beautiful location, very modern, and convenient. It is surrounded by many restaurants and it was hard to choose which one! We had an incredible time and can’t wait to come back.

The hotel is simply stellar! The building, the beautiful room, the friendly staff and the breakfast. We enjoyed every minute of our stay except for the ATM machine that swallowed our debit card.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. Every amenity you could think of is available, making it the epitome of luxury. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. There are also a lot of great dining options right across from the hotel, in addition to the fantastic restaurants inside. If you're looking for a splurge-worthy experience, this is the place to stay. Five stars for a reason!
