Rude service, disgusting rooms and lobby.

The property looks nothing like the pics on their website. Property is rundown and is in terrible shape. Killed 8-10 spiders in the room. Never again especially for the price

This hotel was most likely in its prime in the early 80's and hasn't been updated since. Gentleman at the desk started my check in then answered the phone and took a new reservation for 10 minutes while I waited.

Room needs an overhaul! Strong disgusting disinfectant smell. Place is in shambles!

We were happy and comfortable and felt welcomed. You can tell it's an older property but VERY clean. There were some stains on the pullout couch and we would have appreciated a door (instead of curtains) separating the BR from the living area.

Our experience was great. The room decor is dated but clean and functional. The pool is much larger than a standard hotel pool-15 yds I believe with two line lanes for laps. Both the pool towels and room towels were brand new. Good location for Saratoga Springs activities at a reasonable price.

The check in person was nice and respectful and the room was nice and comfortable and the pool and hot tub were very nice.

Check-in area musty and staff not welcoming. Rusted drains in shower and sink. No waste basket in room (except bathroom) and no trash receptacles outside unit. Advertised as having a pool which is why I chose this hotel. The pool is covered and unusable.

The service was excellent. The front desk people were very nice. But the room wasn’t very clean and there was not any soap to wash your hands. We got there late and we were on our way to a concert and got in late and when I went to take a Jacuzzi bath the water came out orange. So I tried to run it through and as I’m running it through, I noticed that my wedding rings instantly tarnished. I guess that’s caused by the mineral water. When I called the front desk and asked about it and asked if it was safe to drink the water, he said we could drink one cup and it was healthy for you but no more. So when I went to get water from the vending machine, the vending machine was broken and the icemaker was also broken. So I walked to the front desk and the guy at the desk gave me two free bottles of water. Which was nice but I think it should be listed that you can’t drink the water somewhere. There was no sign and if I hadn’t called him and I hadn’t ran the bathtub water, I would have drank a whole water bottle full of that water and have been sick. Also, the patio outside had two plastic chairs covered in bird poop and dirt, and was not comfortable at all. Ending on a positive note tho, the bed was clean and super comfortable, and the pillows were amazing! but the room was not worth $360 for one night

For the price, this place was great for the night. Very close to SPAC.

This property has sooo much potential….it needs an update big time. The small efficiency apartment I had smelled like Asian food. It has old school deep maroon carpeting circa 1980’s White House. It also needs a phone number that actually gets answered. I tried many times, all the numbers listed on my res. Never answered. But it served its purpose.

The outdoor pool wasn’t opened. We were bummed because it was a beautiful pool day!
