I think they really should think about offering a free breakfast as well as a free happy hour...just like the Embassy Suites offers...i really miss the Embassy Suites when i come to visit Victoria. I would say the coffee offerings in the room are really quite miserable too

Magda and Promo really know how to treat guests, from the amazing greeting in the hall to giving me an extra water, they really know how to make a person feel good, I arrived at 1130 pm after a long 15 hour drive, the staff made my stay amazing.

Spacious room with refrigerator, sink and microwave. Quiet neighborhood. Will come stay again if in the area.

No free weights in the gym for their free weight machine.

Thisnis a great place for a high qualitybstay outside the tourist zone of Bictoria. Lots of shopping, Costco next door and lots of pubs and eateriesnin the area. I keep coming back!

Beds were great, property was clean, and the staff were truely lovely. We got scammed by another booking and wound up staying here very last min, so we were quite panicked when we arrived the staff were helpful, kind, and overall just changed the tone of our day to pleasant. Will absolutely stay again.

The hot tub jets were not working well but the rest of the hotel was great.

The room and facilities, were in excellent condition.

No room service at all. To grab a cutlery, plate and glass you have to go to the restaurant. And staff was not cooperative.

I couldn't stay because I did not have a credit card....not impressed

Whether your traveling for work with family or solo.. This is an amazing hotel Friendly knowledgeable staff, Big clean rooms. Pool,hot tub, steak room, sauna and gym close to all amenities, 15 minutes from downtown Victoria
