Hotel is lovely

Excellent

We stayed in room 118 on the 1st floor. This room had 2 queen beds, small kitchenette and a large balcony. The a/c was noisy but worked well. There are lots of windows in the unit. Poor soundproofing as traffic noise was loud. The bathroom was spacious. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. A lovely housekeeper we met in the hallway was very sweet and friendly.

The room heater was excessively loud and the traffic noise was disturbing

Staff were very welcoming and efficient, easy check in with our dog and were able to accommodate location near pool. Clean rooms and lovely lobby with stocked “pantry” for snack and frozen easy meal options for purchase.

Clean room, friendly staff

The beds were really comfortable, The hotel was very clean and smelled great. Lots of lounge areas and nice decor. The pool and hot tub area were great. Gym ammenties were great. (Gym mats are in the locker) I thought there was none. Restaurant was ok. The breakfaat server (Katie)? this morning was great. Close to Restaurants and right next door to Costco! About 20-30 mins from downtown Victoria

For our first time visit was very good. Also the Bar and Grill was very nice to visit.

Bathroom amemities not full, housekeeping interupted my last morning prior to checkout so they could clean early. Restaurant staff is great, but food is mid.

The room was spotless and staff was courteous. Two thumbs up.

Staffs are rude and not accommodating

Bathroom in 118 was very dated. Needed tile replacement.

Room was not clean upon arrival as previous guests food was still in the fridge - wonder how through the room clean really was
