Odamızı üst kategoriye almışlardı odamız temizlik çok iyiydi ama biz geçen senede geldiğimiz için biraz gıdadan çeşitlilikten kısılmış maliyet azaltılmış gibi geldi onun dışında herşey iyiydi teşekkürler

Rezervasyonda özellikle belirtmiş olmama rağmen odada çocuklar için hiçbir hazırlık(bornoz,terlik,şampuan,diş macunu) bulunmuyordu. Ancak durumu ilettiğimde telafi ettiler. Müşteri hizmetleri başarılı. Oda rahat ve geniş, personel oldukça güleryüzlü ve nazik. Yemek konusunda biraz daha çeşitli deniz mahsulü olmalı. Yemekler genel olarak lezzetli. Hamur işleri ise biraz vasat. Çok fazla aktivite yoktu, sayısı artmalı. Aktiviteden uzak kafa tatili için ise ideal. Havuz, Türk hamamı, barları güzel. Dış havuzun da ısıtmalı olması güzel olurdu.

Kasım ayında balayı için bu oteli tercih ettik. İtalyan restoranını denemenizi tavsiye ederiz, personelin ilgisi çok iyiydi. Sadece kongreye denk geldiğimiz için konaklamamızın ikinci gününde, öğle yemeğinde oturacak yer bulamadık, yemek yiyemedik onun haricinde her şey çok keyifliydi. Konakladığımız oda çok şıktı. Teşekkür ederiz.

Tolle Anlage. Tolle Leute (bis auf wenige). Reinigung hat nicht funktioniert. Essen war krass viel, vllt zu viel.

This is an amazing hotel and most of the staff doing their best and work hard and friendly.Also extra thanks to Ms.Seda Ocak and her team.They are so professional and always happy to help!In the restaurants you can find plenty of food and drink and all are great and delicious! Special thanks to Mr. Mustafa Akkus from the main restaurant and also all good and friendly servers and chiefs.You will never regret to choose this hotel.I am hoping to go there again.

Hotel is very clean. Staff is very friendly but just few people speak English. Front desk is great. Buffet is very good with a lot of variety of food. Bars are excellent with nice drinks. Only one negative thing is as being VIP property with Expedia, and I am holding gold status, I was denied my credit 15 Euros per night for massage which was advertised at the time of booking and refused to recognize credit toward payment.

Lovely setting. Plenty of Poole areas. Food was OK, staff spoke very little English so had a few communication problems.

Bizim için verilen özel oda çok iyiydi. Çok geniş ferah ve rahattı. Yiyecekler lezzetli, içecekler kaliteli idi. Personelin güler yüzlü olması ve çözüm odaklı davranmaları bizi mutlu etti. Çocuk kulübüne kızım aşık oldu. İnternet bağlantısı dışında her şey mükemmeldi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Die Bedienung war sehr schlecht. Teilweise schon mit essen fertig und man wurde immernoch nicht gefragt was man zu trinken möchte. Dann sprechen die Kellner untereinander auf Türkisch und streiten darüber dass keiner bestimmte Tische bedienen will weil sie die Sprache nicht verstehen. Von dem Essen hatten wir beide Magen & Darm Beschwerden. Reinigungskräfte machen immer wieder Anmerkungen um mehr Trinkgeld zu kriegen. Also das ist alles andere als Luxury.

Das Hotel ist zu hoch bewertet . Es gibt viel besseres für das Geld. Für ein Hotel dieser Klasse ist schon die wlan Qualität also der Empfang sehr sehr schlecht . Essen könnte qualitativer sein und auch die Getränke Auswahl

Excellent customer relations.

Overall a really nice hotel with so much to do. Not a cheap place to stay but you get what you pay for. Only negative was the WiFi coverage, especially in the main restaurant which was pretty much no coverage at all. WiFi is a basic amenity now like hot water and electricity. They need to fix that issue.

First holiday to Antalya stayed at Susesi luxury resort and we absolutely love it it was fantastic . Travelled with 3 kids (under 7) and all loved it as much as the adults did . On arrival we met Sinan and Orhun who really went above and beyond in looking after us and made the trip much more memorable . The mini club kept the kids entertained as well as endless food options which is always a winner . The spa treatments were also one of the best visited . The restaurants had so many options the term spoilt for choice doesn’t do justice . The swimming pools were always clean as were all the facilities . Thank you to all the staff for the hospitality.
