口コミが良いので宿泊しました。 案内されたのは一階のQuinta do Portalという部屋。記載にある部屋面積からするともっと広い部屋かと思いきや、バスルームが無駄に広く(全体の4割ぐらいを占めている)ベッドのある部屋はスーツケースを一つ広げたらいっぱいになってしまうぐらい狭い。デスクも置くスペースがないからでしょう、椅子が一脚だけ置いてありました。 寝室には二つ窓がありましたが、一つは通りに、もう一つはホテルの入口通路に面していて人の往来が多いためまったくカーテンを開けられませんでした。狭いし暗いし閉塞感が大きく、苦痛でした。 繁華街のすぐ近くに立地なので、夜には窓から1メートルの路上で酔っ払いが喧嘩している声が聞こえてきてこわかったです。 ホテルの案内にあったクラシックダブルルームの写真とは大違いでした。他の部屋はいいのかもしれませんが、このQuintaという部屋にはこの値段の価値はありません。 唯一よかったのは、ホテル付属のレストランがおいしかったことです。

こじんまりとしたアットホームなホテル。食事はどれも美味で、食事だけでも価値あり。 部屋は、部屋によって良し悪しあり。昨年滞在時は問題なかったが今年が屋根裏部屋みたいな部屋で外に出るのが面倒であったり荷物の運搬が面倒（エレベーターなし）。人は基本親切。 ただし総じていいホテルでおすすめ。特に家族やカップルには向いていると思われます。

Very lovely romantic room with a slipper tub which we were not expecting! The staff are so helpful, my husband bumped his head and cut it and they gave us sticking plasters and antiseptic wipes! Husband said breakfast was wonderful. The best bit was the bed though - literally the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and the pillows were like clouds - so good I even asked the hotel to let me know where they buy them and they made the effort to do that and emailed me all the details. Great customer service! Only downside is parking is not on site and the closest car park was 100 quid for 2 nights - but, that is Brighton, unfortunately. Would recommend if you don't mind spending a bit extra on a hotel. All the Hotel Du Vins are reliably luxurious.

This hotel is in a fantastic location in Brighton. Excellent customer service as soon as you arrive, staff always helpful and polite. We upgraded to the deluxe room which was very spacious and clean. The bistro was delicious and Mohammed was attentive throughout the service. The bar staff were always polite. There are no lifts in the hotel.

All very good only had evening meal, perfect. Mo was really good and knowledgable of the menu and wines available. Lovely staff.

Lovely hotel in a great location in Brighton. Rooms was spacious and quiet with a decent bath and shower. The bar was great and the staff knowledgeable and knew how to make a good cocktail. Breakfast was a little disappointing for the price.

Very nice old property very well maintained the staff is very helpful and friendly The only problem was they have no elevators and I have a bad back and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs They do have a nice restaurant and right in the middle of the lanes witch is a large area if shops and restaurants

lovely, hotel and excellent team, well placed in the Lanes. very pleasant place to stay. i stayed in a superior room facing on the access and was at times noisy, late night revellers, bin-glass collection at 5.30am - so not the best of sleep. i mentioned it politely, to be informed :-s that they try to accommodate long term guests in rooms tucked at the back of the hotel - if you stay here make sure to request a non-street, quiet room.

Lovely hotel will definitely return. Staff were all friendly and helpful from checking in to checking out including bar and breakfast staff who are all a credit to the brand.

Excellent room and good size love the bath and the location is good

Breakfast was great. Main floor and garden had a nice atmosphere. Rooms were average for the price and there were no shelves or drawers in Brown Room. In Brown room you could put a chest of drawers in bathroom.

Check in was a mess and ended up having to pay more becuase they ignored my messages for an additional bed being made up (WHICH WAS IN THE DESCRIPTION) They then upgraded me AT MY COST to a room with a bath in the bedroom, I was with my 11 year old daughter CLUELESS AVOID

Amazing place with wonderful staff the reception team are awesome so very happy helpful and caring, the hotel is a delight so very beautiful and in a great location! Highly recommend and a massive shout to the young blonde lady on reception! (I’m so very Sorry we forgot your name while travelling home)

Perfectly good hotel. Lovely clean room, wonderful staff especially the receptionist, I wish I could remember her name. She was so helpful carrying up luggage three floors. Don't like leaving negatives, but if you're not mobile there is no lift in the building. Would definitely recommend.

Love this hotel, always my go to on trips to Brighton if available and price point is good, always love the bathrooms and showers, well designed
