私達は3年前も宿泊したリピーターです。今回も素晴らしいスタッフと美味しい朝食でした。フロントのスタッフは良かったです。ありがとうございます！

クラシカルなホテル。 スタッフは優しく、親切でした。 設備もきれいで清潔です。ベッドもふかふかだった:) 朝食も美味しい。 SPAを利用できなかったので次はSPAも利用したい。

The room is without an AC, we had to leave windows open and the noise of the cars is terrible, the shower is dangerously slippery, to charge your mobile with the USB you need to leave the lampshade on and one of the windows had no blackout, at 5am you had sun in your room. Customer service very rigid. On a positive the Spa is beautiful and the breakfast is excellent .

No issues at the hotel. Friendly receptionist and nice hotel! The spa area was nice and clean. Also it’s a 5min walk from main train station and close to shops.

Perfect location, reasonable price. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Jacuzzi in downstair is decent as well

Beautiful, old world charm, comfortable and cosy stay. The food from the restaurant was amazing, we ate all our meals there or ordered room service. The breakfast buffet was also amazing. The staff is very attentive and very helpful. 12 out of 10 amazing stay and will stay again if we’re ever in Zakopane!

Stay in the old glory day structure from the Austrian-Hungarian empire days. Very classic and quaint.

For an absolutely perfect Hallmark Christmas places like this don’t exist much wow such a great great town and hotel

I already wrote one review, but because I added two more nights to my stay to really relax in the spa (and you should too) I used their 10 percent off gift to try an incredible package with a bath in an amazing color light bubble tub wand then a chocolate massage by Klaudiusz. Once again, it’s the people that make all the difference! He truly went out of his way to meet my needs of a weary traveler and designed the service just for me. I’m so grateful. I can tell he puts his heart and soul into taking care of people. I hope to bring my family back next year around Christmas. 🎄 But ask for the balcony rooms with the views. I had a little view of the mountains and it was priceless for me. Thank you again Klaudiusz. You made my trip here the best! Can’t wait to come back. My husband will love it!

Great place to stay! Incredible people from the warm welcome of Dalota, the amazing service of Ivonka in the restaurant, her son at the front desk, the great massage by Patricia and the wonderful angels cleaning my room!!! Thank you all! I also recommend the incredible pillow service. Try one! This is a genius idea:) The manager is a gem as well. Thank you Karolina for such a fabulous place to stay!!!! ❤️❤️❤️And for the touch of snow and sunshine too! A perfect stay in Poland!🇵🇱

Beautiful 1905 property. Very close to the train station 4 min walk. No Taxi needed.
