部屋もゆったり、シャワーも固定とハンドタイプと両方あり、便利！フルイングリッシュブレックファーストが、とても美味しくて、３回のうち１回はパンケーキにして、それも良かったです。ウィンダミアにも、ボウネスにも、徒歩で15分ほどだし、ホテル前にもバス停があり、良かった！

最高の宿泊でした。何度も利用したいくらい満足しています。 最初スーツケースを転がして宿に向かいましたが、人が多かったり歩道が舗装されていない箇所があったりしたので、バス利用をおすすめします。 駅周辺と買い物エリアの間にあるため、静かで非常に落ち着いて過ごせました。 部屋の第一印象は古いなと感じましたが、丁寧に手入れしている様子で、不快感はありません。 他の口コミから朝食にものすごく期待をしていましたが、それをはるかに上回る素晴らしさでした。 フロントの方も非常にフレンドリーで親切でした。 湖水地方での滞在が素晴らしいものになったのは、こちらのお宿の力も大きいです。ありがとうございました。

この施設は駅から約15分歩きます。朝食は3タイプ用意されていて連泊しても飽きません。美味しかったです。不満な事はWi-Fiが繋がりにくい、シャワーのアメニティにコンディショナーが無いこと。若いスタッフはフレンドリーで感じが良かったです。

チェックイン前に荷物を快く預かってくれるなど、言葉の壁を超えた親切さがある。部屋も掃除が行き届き、清潔。

清潔で快適。値段相応で朝ごはんも美味しい。ロケーションも良くウィンダーミアもボウネスも徒歩で散歩出来る。小鳥の声が歩いていると凄く良く聞こえる。森の中の街。一点、壁が薄くとなりの部屋の声が聞こえるのが気になったが、良く運営されていると思います。

Could not fault the guest house excellent service ,only criticism the rooms could be more sound proof as we were on the ground floor and the noise from upstairs was very noisy but they did accommodate us on the last night and moved us to the top room 14 very cosy and quite, the breakfasts where beautiful and staff top rated .

Two rooms for 3 people. What a wonderful friendly place. Stayed for 2 nights, the location is really good for location to travel by car or public transport. The guest house itself is really clean, staff super friendly ,lovely rooms and a great breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we will definitely go back again

Friendly and helpfull staff.great breakfast ,plenty to choose from and cooked to order.was good value for money.central for windermere and bowness on windermere .this was our second visit and plan to go back next april.

The stay was good. The hotel was good value for money and was very clean. Staff were helpful and professional. The location is great - walkable to Windermere and Bowness. The parking was mostly ok - there is more parking at the back of the property, however at one point the manager had blocked the entrance to the car park with their own vehicle which meant it was not accessible to guests. This was poor form in our opinion - the receptionist hesitantly advised it was the managers vehicle when we made them aware there was a car blocking the car park and that we’d parked a few streets away - and nervously offered to ask them to move it - but knowing how limited the parking is, the manager shouldn’t have blocked the access. A couple of other points for improvement: the 4-poster bed whilst a nice idea wasn’t very practical as the view of the TV from the bed was blocked by one of the posts. Water was also not replenished each day, we were only given one small bottle each in the room when we arrived. The decor in places was tired - the hotel could do with a refresh, but overall this was good value for money and we would stay here again.

Very lovely place for our stay in Windermere, the location is good to Windermere town center and also Bowness Pier. The accommodation is clean and comfort as expected. The breakfast tastes good too.

It was overall lovely. Room we had had another door only accessible by the staff. As my husband walked out of the shower. And i was sleeping, they loudly knocked and barged in...very uncomfortable. We couldnt access that door and felt quite unsafe having that door there. The dust ontop of the curtains , under the bed was a lot.. triggered some allergies. Was a beautiful lodge and breakfast was great.

Very comfortable room and a lovely breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was wonderful

Beautiful stay. Great location, beds comfy and breakfast is great. All the staff are really nice and hard working too. Only downside is the noise from other guests either walking around their rooms, banging doors or snoring next door.

Lovely,quiet location. Friendly helpful staff. Room was tastefully decorated. Breakfast had several options and was superbly cooked. Would definitely stay at Woodlands again

Room 17 massive bed but mattress need to be replaced delves in the middle and both end up in the middle of the bed.plus room 17 is right under the dining room so from 07.00 its like marching men all morning.but this is only room 17.one other thing we got told bar was open until 10.30 but the shutters came down at 21.50 with not even a do you want another drink

I'm so conflicted, don't know which we liked best. The staff or the breakfast.... Not far from the lake unless you have been hobbled in some way. Remember that what goes down the hill must come back up the hill They need something like a corner shelf in the shower to put things like soap or shampoo. I'm not sure you can buy soap on a rope anymore. We would come back

Brilliant. Staff fantastic Breakfast fantastic. Place is great and ideal to walk to Windermere or Bowness. Great rooms.
