道にわかりやすく標識が出ていて分かりやすい。ところが、門を入っても建物は見えない。 林のなかを周って200メートルほどで抜けたところに建物がある。 スタッフの対応は丁寧。いたるところ清潔感が感じられる。 バスルームは共用だが、二部屋に一室の割であり、全く不自由は感じない。 朝食は、コンチネンタルだが、三、四種類のチーズと、ハムもあり、一日ならば、不足感はない。

Fantastic premises, a real experience.

I enjoyed my two night stay at The Hedgefield House Hotel. The double room with seperate en-suite was immaculate & well presented. The double bed was very comfortable & i slept well. I appreciated the scenery at The Hedgefield House Hotel along with both peace & tranquility. Finally i would certainly recommend The Hedgefield House Hotel to all & sundry.

Nach einem Zugausfall kam ich nach 22 Uhr nicht in die Unterkunft und musste mir mitten in der Nacht Ersatz suchen. Da ich zwei Nächte gebucht hatte, wurde ich am Folgetag in einer Kellerwohnung untergebracht mit Bad auf halben Flur. Vom Haus habe ich nicht viel gesehen. Besitzer und Personal sehr nett, werde ich aber nicht wieder buchen.

The Hotel has easy access to Bus Stops. Lovely gardens. Restaurant very near and a pub serving food eady walking distance. Will visit again in the future.

Had a lovely one night stay at Hedgefield House. It was very quiet and peaceful and was just what i was looking for, for a good night's sleep. They don't have breakfast available but that suited me as i only wanted to sleep there. The owner was very warm and welcoming and his cat Lilly was extremely friendly in the foyer which was another reason to go back! 😻

Great place to stay

The room and bathroom were very nice and clean although the room was quite cold in the evening but nice and warm in the morning, and the bed felt extra cold taking ages to get warm. The bath towels were a bit on the small side and quite discoloured. Lovely building. Didn’t use the grounds.

The buildi g is listed, so we expect an element of wear and tear. But the staff were well trained and motivated.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Millie, the friendly house cat. David was very welcoming, and the house & grounds were beautiful. The room and bathroom were both spotless, I've never been to a cleaner hotel. Everything you could need was provided, and we had a quiet sleep. If you have dry skin issues (dermatitis, eczema etc.) like myself, you might wish to bring your own toiletries as the ones provided were quite drying.
