街の中心にあるので観光し易いのと、レストランが付いていて料理もとっても美味しかった 部屋は清潔で、まだ建築中の建物もあり、これからも期待できるとても良いホテルだと思う

Great location. Big rooms and friendly helpful staff. The food is very good in both restaurants. The place gets hoping at nights on the weekend but the rooms at back closer to parking lot are fairly quiet. We left something behind and the staff got it to us in Merida which was a huge relief. They even packed a boxed breakfast for us during at early departure to Chichen Itza for day.

Friendly staff. Excellent location. Clean rooms. Only issue we had was that the toilet in our en suite ( and in other communal rooms around the hotel) wouldn’t flush. It was sorted but repeated to be a problem the two nights we stayed.

Veldig slitent, fullt av mugg-merker på veggene. Veldig hyggelig restaurant med ok frokost. Gode parkeringsmuligheter. Helt ok for et natts stopp på road trip, men ikke et sted å være flere dager.

Gorgeous hotel. Comfortable beds. Great location and good buffet breakfast. Awesome mix of Valladolid charm with a few western amenities this American lady was needing. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and decent bathroom.

El Mesón del Marqués es un buen hotel, no es la primera vez que nos hospedamos ahí, la atención es de mucha calidad, el personal es siempre amable y dispuesto a satisfacer las necesidades del huésped, el restaurante es limpio e igualmente cuenta con una maravillosa atención. Visitamos nuevamente bar en el hotel llamado "El Almacén" al cual regresamos por el buen ambiente y y mixología de autor, sin embargo, me permito hacer solo 2 observaciones con el afán de que la mismas pudieran a ser tomadas en cuenta para una mejoría en el servicio: 1) En comparación con las demás habitaciones la identificada con el número 1101 no resulta tan atractiva, no tiene vista como las demás se encuentra cerca del restaurante y áreas comunes, por lo que siempre se escuchan voces y diversos sonidos, ya que prácticamente se encuentra junto a la cocina, igualmente la iluminación resulta insuficiente, lo que nos llevó a solicitar lámparas de apoyo, en verdad sí notamos una diferencia en relación a las veces anteriores en que nos hemos hospedado en el hotel. 2) Observamos un cambio en los desayunos, que pasó de platillos en una carta a un buffet, aquí lo que se pediría es contemplar la variedad, en el caso de su servidor y de mucha gente no tenemos el gusto de consumir cebolla, lo cual se encontraba en la mayoría de los platillos, lo cual limitó el consumo únicamente a huevo, hotcakes, fruta y tal vez alguna variedad como unas quesadillitas. Agradezco la atención.
