Beautiful resort, amazing customer service. The Oceana restaurant (the only one with any availability the week we were there, one slot @8:30pm) was only ok, I think the buffet was better. We had a problem with our room and the electricity going out, each room in the 010-019 stretch seem to be on individual breakers. Our new room was great with no issues. The contents of our fridge from the first room were not carried over, including a bottle of Prosecco from outside the resort. The manager found us on our last night and gave us a bottle of their own Prosecco, which was a very nice gesture. For anyone in the market for this kind of stay, I would definitely recommend this resort.
