年末から年始にホテルに11泊しました。旧市街、新市街の間にあり静かで観光、食事に便利です。スタッフ等も丁寧でとてもラグジュアリー感があります。 年数が経った感はありますが清潔です。 テラスに関しては季節により日差しの入り方が違うので冬場はテラスが南側を希望を出した方が良いでしょう。

最高なおもてなしホテル、ロケーション最高、くつろげる雰囲気、スタッフが親切すぎるサービス。 本来は、外に出て観光を思う存分と予定していましたが、ついつい、ホテルの居心地が良すぎて、ホテルに多く滞在していました。私が、急に体調を崩してしまいましたが、瞬時にホテルの方が病院までの手配等行ってくれ、感謝しきれないです。またマラケッシュに来たらここへ泊ります。素敵なプーリがありますが、夜19:00まででした。もう少し長くオープンしてたらより最高です！

ジュニアスイートに宿泊しました。とても部屋は広く、通路を挟んで左右にシャワーブースの洗面所ととバスタブの洗面所と別々にあるため家族でも同時に使用できます。プールを囲んで部屋が配置されているため、ベランダからプールを見下ろしながらゆっくりできます。駐車はバレーパーキングです。 立地もよく、クトゥビーヤモスク、ジャマエルフナ広場まで徒歩で10〜15分です。すぐ近くには、各職人さんによる民芸店もあり、お土産の調達にも便利です。 ターンダウンサービスでもお水を補充してくれるので助かります。ただ、冷蔵庫は弱くほぼ冷えません。 部屋以外も全体的にとてもキレイで、アットホームなリヤドではなくホテルに滞在したい方はにはお勧めです。

L’hôtel est très bien placé à quelques minutes à pied de la place Jeema Al Fna, de la Koutoubia et du souk. Les chambres sont belles et bien décorées. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique.

Excellent séjour. Aucun point négatif. Personnel au top du top, agréable et très souriant. Petit déjeuner et repas délicieux. Submergé piscine. Excellent emplacement, tout se fait à pied. Chambres très propres et spacieuses. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande vivement.

Super vriendelijke personeel, denken mee. Helpen met plannen van activiteiten als je dat zou willen. Centrum en veel eetgelegenheden zijn in de buurt, je kan veel lopend doen. Tv, föhn, internet in de kamer. Veel privacy als je dat wil. Spa is beschikbaar.

Vi havde et ophold på en uge på hotellet. Beliggenheden er perfekt i forhold til at kunne gå til Medina'en og alt det leben der er der i midtbyen. Og alligevel var der ingen støj på hotellet, det er faktisk lidt som en oase inde i midten af Marrakech. Meget stor pool, rigtig udmærket morgenmad. Vi havde en junior suite som var virkelig pæn og rummelig. Som helhed var det en rigtig god uge vi havde på hotellet. Kan dog anbefale at tage derhen på andre tidspunkter en juli, der er lige varmt nok i Marrakech på den årstid.

Very friendly welcome including a call a week prior from the hotel to check that there was nothing additional needed - very thoughtful. Attentive staff at all times. Excellent service from a friendly and professional team. Room was superb, food delicious. Pool was wonderful. Good location. Would definitely recommend.

I went to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends in Marrakech.it was a beautiful hotel and clean. We had a good time with their lovely staff and breakfast was on point. I will definitely come back again and again. However the only thing I could complain about is that it was boring no entertainment.

L’ensemble du personnel est toujours aussi agréable, bienveillant et se plie en quatre pour nous faire plaisir.

Location is super, inside the Medina but far enough from noise. The hotel staff were extremely professional, caring and polite and did everything possible to make our stay very pleasant. Breakfast was also very good, served by the pool. Our room was spectacular as well as service. I recommend this structure to anyone going to Marrakech, we will certainly go there again. The hotel and staff are fantastic- 5 stars for everything. Great location with in the wall - nice walk to the Medina, but much quieter. Highly recommend staying here.
