年末から年始にホテルに11泊しました。旧市街、新市街の間にあり静かで観光、食事に便利です。スタッフ等も丁寧でとてもラグジュアリー感があります。 年数が経った感はありますが清潔です。 テラスに関しては季節により日差しの入り方が違うので冬場はテラスが南側を希望を出した方が良いでしょう。

最高なおもてなしホテル、ロケーション最高、くつろげる雰囲気、スタッフが親切すぎるサービス。 本来は、外に出て観光を思う存分と予定していましたが、ついつい、ホテルの居心地が良すぎて、ホテルに多く滞在していました。私が、急に体調を崩してしまいましたが、瞬時にホテルの方が病院までの手配等行ってくれ、感謝しきれないです。またマラケッシュに来たらここへ泊ります。素敵なプーリがありますが、夜19:00まででした。もう少し長くオープンしてたらより最高です！

ジュニアスイートに宿泊しました。とても部屋は広く、通路を挟んで左右にシャワーブースの洗面所ととバスタブの洗面所と別々にあるため家族でも同時に使用できます。プールを囲んで部屋が配置されているため、ベランダからプールを見下ろしながらゆっくりできます。駐車はバレーパーキングです。 立地もよく、クトゥビーヤモスク、ジャマエルフナ広場まで徒歩で10〜15分です。すぐ近くには、各職人さんによる民芸店もあり、お土産の調達にも便利です。 ターンダウンサービスでもお水を補充してくれるので助かります。ただ、冷蔵庫は弱くほぼ冷えません。 部屋以外も全体的にとてもキレイで、アットホームなリヤドではなくホテルに滞在したい方はにはお勧めです。

I have recently stayed at this hotel in Marrekech so I will start with the slight negatives before moving onto the positives (of which there are many) On the first night I arrived because the clocks were going to change and I had a couple of appointments the next day I did request a wake up call in addition to my own alarm just as a backup and that wake up call never came. Fortunately my alarm did work because I had some calls on that day. The breakfast choice was mostly limited. I didn't find it a particular varied menu however they did do bacon and sausages over the weekend. I ate dinner at the hotel on 2 occasions and I enjoyed one of the meals but the other one less so but that is really down to personal choice. Also for the supper for what you get I found that the hotel prices were quite high however there are some restaurants nearby that offer a variety of menus including Moroccan, International, Asian etc and they are very reasonably priced. Now I am gonna move on to the positives - the room sizes are good, bed is comfortable with a good sized balcony. The swimming pool is really large compared to other hotels and it was never particularly busy the whole time I was there with sufficient sun beds. I visited the spa and had one of the best massages I have had in a long time by Khadija. I have to say I was very impressed by how friendly and helpful all the staff were. Location is great, very walkable to the Souks. Staff was also great. Hotel is under construction which went on all night (not exaggerating, literally worked through the night). Food was mediocre but light improve when their restaurant reopens. Drinks were great. Service at the pool was a little unusual coming from the US, might just be a cultural difference but they really push to close you out which felt a little odd to us. We did book a Souk guide through the concierge which was not great, not the hotel’s fault but worth letting other travelers know. It was nice to have a big pool for our daughter to use and the rooms were large and comfortable. Nice touches like welcome treats at arrival etc.

Beautiful hotel! The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and always ready to help you.

La stanza a noi assegnata era ampia e pulita. Il personale veramente cortese e disponibile ad ogni nostra necessità. L’hotel è in una posizione comodissima per raggiungere il centro città a piedi e i vari luoghi da visitare. La colazione molto buona e abbondante con anche dolci tipici marocchini di ottima qualità.

The staff was not very helpful. My interaction was only at breakfast so cannot say about other things. Ordered coffee while seated for breakfast and never got it . Happened 2 days in a row. Also i feel they are more biased to specific group of people
