年末から年始にホテルに11泊しました。旧市街、新市街の間にあり静かで観光、食事に便利です。スタッフ等も丁寧でとてもラグジュアリー感があります。 年数が経った感はありますが清潔です。 テラスに関しては季節により日差しの入り方が違うので冬場はテラスが南側を希望を出した方が良いでしょう。

最高なおもてなしホテル、ロケーション最高、くつろげる雰囲気、スタッフが親切すぎるサービス。 本来は、外に出て観光を思う存分と予定していましたが、ついつい、ホテルの居心地が良すぎて、ホテルに多く滞在していました。私が、急に体調を崩してしまいましたが、瞬時にホテルの方が病院までの手配等行ってくれ、感謝しきれないです。またマラケッシュに来たらここへ泊ります。素敵なプーリがありますが、夜19:00まででした。もう少し長くオープンしてたらより最高です！

ジュニアスイートに宿泊しました。とても部屋は広く、通路を挟んで左右にシャワーブースの洗面所ととバスタブの洗面所と別々にあるため家族でも同時に使用できます。プールを囲んで部屋が配置されているため、ベランダからプールを見下ろしながらゆっくりできます。駐車はバレーパーキングです。 立地もよく、クトゥビーヤモスク、ジャマエルフナ広場まで徒歩で10〜15分です。すぐ近くには、各職人さんによる民芸店もあり、お土産の調達にも便利です。 ターンダウンサービスでもお水を補充してくれるので助かります。ただ、冷蔵庫は弱くほぼ冷えません。 部屋以外も全体的にとてもキレイで、アットホームなリヤドではなくホテルに滞在したい方はにはお勧めです。

Beautiful hotel! The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and always ready to help you.

La stanza a noi assegnata era ampia e pulita. Il personale veramente cortese e disponibile ad ogni nostra necessità. L’hotel è in una posizione comodissima per raggiungere il centro città a piedi e i vari luoghi da visitare. La colazione molto buona e abbondante con anche dolci tipici marocchini di ottima qualità.

The staff was not very helpful. My interaction was only at breakfast so cannot say about other things. Ordered coffee while seated for breakfast and never got it . Happened 2 days in a row. Also i feel they are more biased to specific group of people

Very friendly and kind staff with excellent service. The hotel room could use some renovation and sound insulation, as neighboring rooms were quite audible. Overall, however, the hotel is very good, and we would happily return.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The restaurant is excellent, offering delicious food and outstanding service. I’m already looking forward to returning for another stay.

Rooms are very specious, Nespresso coffee machine in the room, charge free bottles of water provided every day.Very pleasant outside sitting option with exceptional service and pool view. The staff went above and beyond to make our birthday celebration unforgettable .The room was decorated nicely, freshly baked cakes by chef and more…..I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Marrakech.
