UNFORTUNTLY THE POOL WAS CLOSE DUE TO RENOVATION

We stayed for one night while in the area looking at cottages. The service is outstanding. We had a king suite with a living room and kitchen and patio. Fantastic room, excellent customer service and great food options.

Peaceful piece of paradise, what a great escape from the city. Fine dining, high quality service, and stress free from the moment you arrive on the property. A short drive to Port Carling, and not far from Bracebridge, always a pleasure ! A 5 Star Experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The best part about the hotel was the indoor/outdoor pool.

Love it

Very clean. All staff friendly- a couple of little hiccups no welcome drink, drapes above bed let too much light in the room in the morning, ordered room service and the menu online didn’t match what was available i.e. no loaded fries available and no pickles on the fried chicken burger. Loved all the activities laid out for children, a little pricey for some of the activities you have to purchase. Pool was a little cloudy but temperature and seating area were great! Children’s splash pad area water was dirty. Overall a great peaceful getaway with a beautiful view.

Nice spot

This was one of the best hotel stays I can remembering having in a long time. EVERYONE at the hotel was super friendly and helpful and the facilities, the room, the property and the setting are simply stunning. I would recommend this for anyone looking for either a weekend getaway or a longer stay!

Staff are awesome! We loved everything!

Absolutely beautiful and well maintained! We had a lovely relaxing time. The place became much busier on the Friday but that also meant more food choices and activities! Worth the drive, highly recommend

Love the experience overall. There was always something to go which was great. I will be going again.

The whole family had a good time.

Clean, friendly staff and all the cocktails I tested over 6 different ones were great. The food was good too but a little over priced. Plus the entertainment was lacking especially for a resort.

There are four of us for the room and I have requested to have four sets of towels/cups and still failed to fulfill. I gave up eventually

Did not feel at all like a JW. It was incredibly underwhelming and disappointing.

Really enjoyed a weekend away with the family. Peaceful beautiful location.

I didnt like the entertainment . It was dull and old music
